7 Young LGBTQ Stars Explain the Importance of Transgender Visibility Day
March 31 marked the Transgender Day of Visibility, a day where we show support and love for the transgender community around the globe. The day also marked the GLAAD Rising Star Luncheon in Beverly Hills, where some of the brightest young names in the LGBTQ community received honors for their work in LGBTQ advocacy and activism just ahead of the GLAAD Media Awards this weekend. POPSUGAR was on the red carpet for the event on Friday and seized the opportunity to celebrate both occasions accordingly.
