Aidy Bryant Is Engaged, and She Has 1 of the Funniest Proposal Stories We've Ever Heard
Aidy Bryant is engaged! While sitting down with Seth Meyers on Thursday night, the Saturday Night Live star confirmed that her longtime boyfriend, screenwriter Conner O'Malley, popped the question six months ago. She went on to describe how the proposal happened in detail, and it's hilarious from start to finish (duh).
"When I got home I had my purse and our mail and all these boxes, and I walked to our door and our dog had a bow tie on. I was like, 'My dog doesn't wear a bow tie! Where is he going tonight?'" she joked. "Basically, the second I shut the door, a man - who I discovered was Conner - frantically came around the corner and was just like, 'Will you marry me?!'" The couple originally met at the Annoyance Theater in Chicago nine years ago where both were performing improv shows and now live in NYC together. Congratulations to Aidy and Conner!
