The 19-year-old actress has been showing off '90s-inspired outfits all over New York City as she promotes her new role. Why is this shocking? Bella was born in 1997, which means this is the first time the star gets to wear these looks.
The Cuban-American teen's knowledge of '90s punk trends is actually impressive. She's been wearing full-body mesh suits under her tear-away white pants, flatform boots with her iridescent pink miniskirt and rocker tee, and even a septum nose ring, a key necklace, and blue hair extensions.
