Mariah Carey Pays Tribute to George Michael in Dubai: "We’ll Make It Through This"
Mariah Carey is still reeling from the tragic loss of friend George Michael, and on Friday, the singer paid tribute to him at her concert in Dubai. Clad in a black sparkly gown, Mariah honored the late music icon with a touching performance of his hit, "One More Try," calling it "one of his greatest records." "I always loved it, I always loved him," she told the audience. "He was a really great person."
She later shared the performance on her Facebook page, writing, "We miss you, George Michael 😢❤️ My heartfelt tribute of 'One More Try,' live in Dubai." Mariah's tribute comes days after George was laid to rest in a private ceremony in London.
