Tater Tot Nachos Are Here to Change Your Damn Life (and Cure Your Hangovers)
As an admittedly indecisive eater, I'm all about getting the best of both worlds via a good ol' food hybrid. sushi tacos, pizza spring rolls, spaghetti doughnuts - you name it, and I'm all about it. So when I recently came across the greasy gloriousness that is totchos (tater tot nachos), I added it to the top of my endless must-try list.
If totchos have been catapulted to the top of your list too, you're in luck, because this food hybrid is super easy to DIY at home. Simply swap tortilla chips for tater tots (because what are calories, am I right?), and load on the toppings. We're talkin' melted cheese, salsa, sour cream, black beans, guacamole, and heck, even jalapeños if you're feeling spicy. Just like that, the most Instagrammable snack mashup can be yours.
This genius combo isn't necessarily new, as they've been a staple in our Super Bowl food lineup (and are perfect for those post-game-day hangovers, too). But it seems like more and more carb-loving foodies have been sharing photos of their crave-inducing totchos, making us fall more and more in love with them with every post.
