Taylor Swift's Former NYC Pad Has a Huge Indoor Perk
If you've ever wondered what $40,000 in rent looks like, peek inside this West Village carriage house Taylor Swift called home. The singer moved into the 5,400-square-foot home last June while renovating her TriBeCa apartment and it's up for grabs. Listed for $24,500,000, the five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom carriage house was built in 1912 but underwent a full modern makeover, complete with a spectacular rooftop addition. In addition to the rooftop lounge and entertaining area, the home boasts four floors that include a garage and - wait for it - indoor pool. Soaring double-height ceilings, artisanal hardwood floors, massive windows, multiple fireplaces, and terraces with dramatic north- and south-facing views. Basically, it's the coolest party pad ever.
