The Gender Wage Gap Is Even Worse For Women of Color
As today, April 4, is National Equal Pay day, it's important to recognize one of the most underreported issues related to the gender wage gap. We've all heard the statistic that women make 79 cents on the dollar compared to men. But what you may not have heard before is that for most women of color, that number is even lower.
