This 12-Year-Old Jujitsu Champ Is Smashing Gender Stereotypes
Akira Bua has been practicing jujitsu since age 9 and has won gold at multiple national tournaments - often against boys much bigger than her. "If I'm fighting a boy, then sometimes they will underestimate me. And that can work to my advantage," she told POPSUGAR.
