This Romantic Wedding Is Your Ultimate Inspiration For an Outdoor Ceremony
How do you even begin to describe such a dreamy wedding? Polinas and Robertas chose to tie the knot at Litchfield Plantation on Pawley's Island, SC. The couple invited just 10 guests all from different countries; they also incorporated their Russian and Ukrainian traditions into their big day. Polinas's mother brought the bride a traditional Ukrainian flower headpiece as well as her custom-designed wedding gown from Russia. To top it all off, the minister who officiated the ceremony took a few lessons online so he would be able to speak a part of the ceremony in their native language.
The dessert table at the reception included both a traditional and Ukrainian cake. The table the guests sat at featured a silver tea service, and the couple provided a silver Russian samovar (tea urn). The family also laid out a variety of Russian candies and cookies featuring Oreshki, a cookie baked in a walnut mold and filled with dulce de leche. The couple ended the night by dancing to "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole under a crystal chandelier hung in a 300-year-old oak tree overlooking the rice marsh near the plantation. Check out every unforgettable detail - your Pinterest board will be full by the time you're finished.
