You Can Buy Tyra Banks's Outrageous NYC Castle in the Sky For $17.5 Million

The entire cast from every season of America's Top Model could fit into Tyra Banks's palatial NYC duplex. Tyra reportedly scooped up four adjacent apartments in the swanky Riverhouse building in Battery Park (Leonardo DiCaprio is also a resident) at a total cost of just over $10 million. She then went on to spend nearly as much combining the units into a single superduplex fit for her supermodel status with five bedrooms, eight baths, and around 7,000 square feet of living space. In 2015, after work took the model-turned-TV-personality-turned entrepreneur to the West Coast, she leased the property out as a furnished rental to the tune of $50,000 a month. But it looks like Tyra's deep-pocketed tenants have moved out, as she's just put the property back on the market for either rent or sale at a cool $17.5 million. The lucky new renter or owner will get to enjoy every over-the-top luxury imaginable, from a massive dressing room, private hair salon, and en suite minibar to a separate staff kitchen and living quarters.
