2nd coroner's inquest this summer hears Inuk man in need of medical care was presumed drunk
A coroner's inquest hears Victor Kaludjak was treated for alcohol poisoning at the Rankin Inlet health centre, even though he told nurses he hadn't had a drink in four days.
