When one Reddit user asked about the "best customer ever," the current Taco Bell employee broke down the three things that define a great customer: "Anyone who places a simple order, is polite, and appreciative for us busting ass to serve up their food," the employee wrote.
The verde sauce is never returning, but there's still a way to get it
When the employee admitted that Taco Bell's crave-worthy verde sauce will not be making a comeback, another Reddit user chimed in with some vital intel: bottled versions are actually sold in a few grocery stores like Walmart, and it's totally the real deal. "Unlike the other bottled TB sauces, it actually tastes exactly like what comes in the packs," the user explained. Consider your cravings satisfied!

Someone couldn't resist asking the question that has definitely crossed our minds plenty of times: what's the deal with the beef? It apparently "comes frozen in bags," the employee said. "We let it sit in hot water for a while then cut em open and serve it up."

This Taco Bell employee broke down a typical order: "Normally, a steak Quesarito, add potatoes and extra chipotle sauce. But I've been loving the Double Chalupas while they're still around," the employee wrote.
It looks like our beloved raspberry-flavored tea is gone for good
When one concerned customer asked about a Taco Bell beverage, the raspberry-flavored tea, the employee wasn't sure why it disappeared in the first place. "Can't say, it was gone before I started working at my location. We still have the mango tea but it's not that great," the employee explained. Rest in peace, berry tea; it was fun while you lasted.

"black bean burrito," the employee admitted. "They just look gross. Never tried one, but every time I make one they look nasty." Hmm, maybe it could have to do with the fact that the beans "come in bags and look like wood chips, then you just add water and they turn to mush." Not exactly the most appetizing mental picture.
