When you get back from a tough, sweaty run that completely kicks your ass, the last thing you feel like doing is putting in any extra physical effort. You might do a few basic stretches, but you probably don't get into every nook and cranny of the body that deserves some TLC. That's when a yoga sequence comes in handy.
