Leave It to Bella Thorne to Rock Face (and Cleavage!) Glitter on the Red Carpet
Bella Thorne is never one to shy away from a statement-making beauty moment, but her Teen Choice Awards getup may truly take the cake in terms of how darn extra she's willing to be. When she made her entrance on the blue carpet, we immediately noticed her striking hair color - or shall we say colors. Her locks were curled and dyed a mix of shades, from deep red to light pink and every hue in between on the color spectrum.
But let's be real: the focus of Bella's entire ensemble was her over-the-top makeup. To start, she was wearing not one but two eye makeup colors: a light pink shadow on her upper lids and a light blue smudged under her lower lashes. The actress was also notably wearing a smattering of glitter on the right side of her face (oh, and a sprinkling in her cleavage, too). All in all, it was giving us all the unicorn-inspired Lisa Frank vibes.
