1 Woman Inspires Moms to "Celebrate Their Victories" With a Breast Pumping Photo Shoot
Jaque Hines knows better than anyone that every woman experiences motherhood differently, and the pressure is on when it comes to feeding your little one. But Hines, who hails from Washington, thinks that no matter what obstacles you face as a new mom while breastfeeding or pumping, the whole process should be celebrated. And that's exactly what she did in a gorgeous series of photos she dedicated to "the mom who always dreamed of nursing but couldn't."
Hines beautifully expressed the many challenges women can face when it comes to breastfeeding and pumping in a Facebook post, and she said that regardless of whether moms struggle to produce milk or effortlessly got the latch down on the first try, keeping your child healthy is the real victory, period.
"I would like to say that I ultimately believe ANY form of feeding your baby is beautiful. Whether its nursing, formula, or pumping," wrote Hines. "This was just my experience, and one that I hold dear to my heart. But at the end of the day no matter what form you choose, we are all supermoms."
