IHOP Just Launched Latte-Inspired Pancakes - Including Salted Caramel!

All-day breakfast advocates, rejoice! IHOP just launched the food hybrid of your freakin' dreams: latte-flavored pancakes! Spoiler alert: pumpkin spice is totally involved. These two-in-one breakfast masterpieces - officially referred to as Latte Lover's Pancakes - are brand-spankin'-new this Fall, and feature four of the most indulgent, crave-worthy flavors possible:

  • Espresso Mocha Cream: chocolate pancakes layered with mocha cream and topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans
  • Double Vanilla: buttermilk pancakes topped with vanilla bean cream and a dollop of vanilla ice cream
  • Pumpkin Spice: pumpkin pancakes finished off with a creamy whipped topping
  • Salted Caramel Java: buttermilk pancakes topped with coffee bean-infused butter and a drizzle of salted caramel
