We're Not 100% Sure What This Horror Movie Is About, but We're Scared
If you've successfully burned through Summer's gripping slate of horror films, we figure you must be setting your sights on the season that lies ahead. Fall is ripe for the horror genre, what with all the dying leaves and the chill in the air and the approaching Halloween spirits. Enter Thelma, a new supernatural horror-thriller that's already pretty unsettling in trailer form. The story follows a young religious girl named Thelma who finds herself falling in love with a female classmate during her freshman year of college. The thing is, Thelma exhibits startling and powerful supernatural abilities, and she's prone to seizures. As her feelings deepen, so too do her perceived afflictions.
