Even Barb Would Approve of This Incredible Stranger Things Gender Reveal
Daniel Vongnakhone and Krystal Jugarap decided to go all out when it came to revealing the gender of their first child together with a video inspired by the fan-fave Netflix show Stranger Things.
After finding out they're due in February 2018, Vongnakhone admitted the idea to base their gender reveal off their favorite sci-fi show just popped into his head one day. "I knew the new season was coming so I thought I'd mention it to Krystal and figure out how to do it," he said in an interview with ABC News.
Believe it or not, the soon-to-be parents actually DIYed all the twinkling LED lights themselves (after scouring the internet for instructions, of course) for under $40 - but it was a challenging process. "I got really busy with work and almost gave up on the idea, but Krystal was determined to figure it out," explained Vongnakhone.
And while many of their friends and family members didn't quite get the meaning of the reveal at first, their creative announcement has gone viral, racking up over one million views.
So, watch closely to see if it's a boy or a girl!
