He's the 'poster boy' for PTSD, but Halifax police chief is now accused of hypocrisy
Jean-Michel Blais has spoken about his own PTSD. But now some officers with Halifax Regional Police are openly criticizing their chief, saying they feel “discarded” by the force after their own post-traumatic stress disorder diagnoses.
