Say It Ain't So! Disneyland Nixes Jingle Cruise - Possibly For Good
It's sad, but true! Disneyland just confirmed that the Jungle Cruise ride won't be transformed into the Jingle Cruise this year for the holidays. The Christmas-themed overlay, which had been a staple at Adventureland for the past four years, won't be returning to the park this year, though it will still be in place at Walt Disney World, according to Travel + Leisure.
The holiday-themed additions included decorations that were scattered through the attraction, as well as subtle hints of the Christmas season in each tour guide's spiel.
But cheer up, Disneyland fans: The California park will still give the Haunted Mansion a Nightmare Before Christmas theme, as well as turning It's a Small World into a Christmas joy ride. The parks' evening shows will also still have a holiday theme, just like every year. Disneyland hasn't officially confirmed whether or not the Jingle Cruise will return to the park in the future, but we're hoping it will!
