If You're Short on Time, Try Kelsey Wells's 5-Move Lower-Body Kettlebell Blast

People are beginning to mix up traditional strength training routines, incorporating equipment like the TRX and kettlebells into their workouts to improve functional movement patterns and build muscle. By now, you've probably heard a lot about kettlebells and their many benefits. While they're a great piece of equipment, we do realize that they can be intimidating to use, especially if you're just getting into strength training.
Thankfully, personal trainer and Instagram influencer Kelsey Wells gave us the 411 on how to use kettlebells for a quick, strengthening lower-body workout.
The Workout
- Kettlebell Swings
- Double Kettlebell Squat
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Lunge
- Narrow Stance Kettlebell Deadlift
- Kettlebell Deadlift
