After breaking her silence on politics (It's about time, Tay!) and endorsing two democratic candidates for the midterms, she could've shown up on the red carpet in a t-shirt and turned heads. Nevertheless, she pulled out all the stops in a sexy silver minidress and some serious boots. And, in case the disco ball reference wasn't already clear, her footwear came equipped with tiny disco balls set right into the heels. Yes, really.
