If You Like to Lift Weights and Run, You're Going to Love This New Nike Trainer

Take a look in your closet and count how many pairs of training shoes you have. You probably have a pair or two for running, a pair for lifting, a pair to cross train in, and the list goes on. If you're trying to control your obsession with fitness gear or you no longer want to carry multiple pairs of shoes to the gym, you've got to check out the Nike Metcon 4 Training Shoe ($130).
The shoe has a "strong, stable base, flexible support, and lightweight durability for a wide range of training activities, from sprints and sled pushes to lifting and rope climbing," according to the Nike website.
If you are the person who is always mixing up your style of training and don't want all of your money going to shoes (although we're sure they're all super cute), we definitely think you should give this training shoe a shot.
