SmartSweets Now Has Fun-Size Packs, and Sorry, Trick-or-Treaters, We're Not Sharing

We're pretty obsessed with SmartSweets low-sugar candy; the new-and-improved gummy bears taste just like the convenience store candy you grew up with, and dare we say the Sweet Fish are even better than their full-sugar Swedish Fish counterparts. So when we saw the sweets company was selling fun-size packs just in time for Halloween, we got pretty excited.
The fun-size pouches of gummy bears are now available at Whole Foods. Each bag includes packs of both the fruity gummy bears and the sour gummy bears. One fun-size pouch has 20 calories, zero grams of fat, seven grams of carbs, six grams of fiber, one gram of sugar, and one gram of protein. Plus, they are free from sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colors. You can also buy the Halloween packs on Amazon for $9 a bag, which includes 15 packs.
If the Sour Blast Buddies (their low-sugar take on Sour Patch Kids) are more your speed, you can also buy a bag of 15 fun-size packs on Amazon for $9. The Sour Blast Buddies have the exact same nutritional info as the gummy bears: 20 calories, zero grams of fat, seven grams of carbs, six grams of fiber, one gram of sugar, and one gram of protein.
These sweet treats are so good, you don't even realize they have barely any sugar in them. Sure, you can buy some to share with trick-or-treaters or your coworkers. Or you can stock up for yourself, and enjoy them all season long (no judgment here!).
