This Buzzy Wellness Ingredient Is a Must Have For Pain Relief

Years ago, I started using arnica purely out of vanity; I'm clumsy and I bruise easily. There's nothing fun about accidentally running into something and then having to deal with an unsightly purple mark for the next week, but if you rub arnica on your injury, the bruise is either significantly less noticeable or altogether invisible. The trick is to be generous, especially with creams or gels. The more you apply, the faster you heal.
