In 2019, most people are spending an enormous chunk of their days staring at screens. Whether you're always on your laptop or glued to your phone, all that light exposure can't be good for your eyes. Enter blue light glasses. They're the kind of thing you didn't know you needed, but once you have them, they're never coming off. I've been wearing my pair for about four months now; they're the first thing I put on when I get to my desk every morning, and they've made my 5 p.m. dry eye go away completely.
