If Your Mind Says Salad and Smoothies but Also Says Pizza and Cake, You'll Love These Memes
Eating clean is a lifestyle, and we do it because we feel our best when we load up on the veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts, and seeds. When we eat tons of sugar, refined carbs, alcohol, and packaged foods made with 38 ingredients we can't pronounce, we have low energy, brain fog, and don't sleep well.
That's not to say that eating clean is 100 percent easy and awesome every second of the day. If you strive to eat clean most of the time, but every once in a while indulge in your beloved pizza and doughnuts, then these memes will speak volumes of truth to you (and make you laugh!).
