» I'm Off the Deep End Watching Nick Jonas's Cover of "Shallow"
The classic dad joke may go, "Who sings that song? . . . Let's keep it that way," but Nick Jonas absolutely did Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga's A Star Is Born anthem justice when he sang it on Instagram ahead of the Oscars. The 26-year-old newlywed pumped his fans up for Sunday night's award show by singing "Shallow," which is nominated for best original song. "In honor of Oscar weekend . . . such a beautiful song 🎶 🎥 @priyankachopra," he captioned the clip.
After Kelly Clarkson covered the song beautifully earlier this week, it's clear that it takes serious talent to hit those notes, and Jonas did it with ease. Check out the video above, and get excited because Cooper and Gaga will perform the song during the award show, where A Star Is Born is nominated for eight Oscars.
