The Fitness Marshall's New Dance Routine to "Say My Name" Will Leave You Feeling Supersexy

There are few things better than a workout that's fun and leaves you feeling like you got a quality sweat in. That's why we can't get enough of The Fitness Marshall's dance workouts.
"I need you to look a little extra sexy," The Fitness Marshall instructed before starting his newest routine to "Say My Name" by David Guetta, Bebe Rexha, and J Balvin. From the looks of his choreography, you're definitely going to feel your core, butt, and legs light up.
"In this video, we are trying to get our crush to notice us but have literally zero control over our body once they do," TFM told POPSUGAR. "Who knew feeling awkward and embarrassed could be a good workout?" It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro. All you've got to do is bring the energy and your own style.
Be sure to check out the full routine in the video above!
