Get Your Car Keys Ready, Because Costco Is Selling ANOTHER Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza

If there's one thing in the world that can make people come together at the dinner table, it's pizza. Also family, but pizza helps, too. With crusts made from cauliflower and, yes, even broccoli and kale, pizza-lovers with gluten allergies can still enjoy all the cheesy slices. You might have seen Roasted Vegetable and Margherita Four Cheese gluten-free pies from Milton's in the frozen food section of your local Costco, but now, this organic, non-GMO brand has a new offering: Four Cheese.
Milton's Four Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza is essentially the Margherita version without the roma tomatoes and basil topping - because sometimes going back to the basics is better. It features mozzarella, provolone, romano, and parmesan cheeses over "zesty" roma tomato sauce and a thin, crispy crust (my favorite). A two-pack box costs $14. One serving (one-fourth of this pizza) contains 270 calories, 12 grams of fat, and 15 grams of protein. The cheese is rBST-free, and the crust is naturally high in vitamins K and C.
We did some digging so you didn't have to. A Milton's spokesperson told POPSUGAR that you can only get Four Cheese at Texas Costcos right now. Maybe, though, if we all ask nicely, this newest variety will end up in stores across the country. Or, if you aren't in Texas and know someone from that area, have them buy you a few boxes and ship them over on dry ice (couldn't hurt to ask). Plus, good news from Milton's: you can currently purchase the Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Crust Pizza in Bay Area, Los Angeles, Midwest, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Texas Costcos. Milton's Margherita Four Cheese pie is available in the Northeast and San Diego. Ahead, see full nutritional information and try to refrain from drooling.
