Mac 'n' Cheetos? Yes, Please! Disney World's New Food Truck Is Mac and Cheese Themed!

Excuse me while I curl up for a gouda and cheddar-induced nap, because Walt Disney World is rolling out a new food truck - and it's mac 'n' cheese themed! Located on the west side of Disney Springs, the new Mac and Cheese Truck is expected to open in March, and we hope it's soon, because just look at that cheeseburger mac! According to the official Disney Parks blog, the new mac 'n' cheese flavors go heavy on the toppings, and we're talking bacon, fries, and full-size onion rings. Is your mouth watering yet?

The Mac and Cheese Truck will offer more than just your standard noodles and cheese combo. For instance, the Bacon Cheeseburger Mac 'n' Cheese includes creamy cheddar and American cheese mixed with ground beef and topped with bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and crispy shoestring french fries. The Crunchy Mac 'n' Cheese is just as over the top with six different cheeses and a generous topping of crunchy cheese puffs. If you're in the mood for some seafood, the Lobster and Shrimp Mac 'n' Cheese combines cheddar and Swiss cheese with buttery lobster, shrimp, and a few crackers for a bit of crunch.

For other cheesy food options, you could try the Smoked Brisket Mac 'n' Cheese made with smoked gouda and cheddar and topped with smoked brisket, sweet and tangy barbecue sauce, crispy onion rings, and chives. Or, grab a fork and dig into the Parmesan Mac 'n' Cheese, an Italian dream combining creamy Alfredo sauce, crispy fried chicken, marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, and basil. Just because we aren't mice doesn't mean we can't still appreciate how irresistible these new mac 'n' cheeses sound. (Get it? Mice? Cheese?)
