Need a Lyft? Here's How to Get Discounted Rides to Museums for Women's History Month

Celebrating Women's History Month just got easier, thanks to Lyft. The ride-sharing service is offering up to $10 off of one trip to historical monuments, museums, women-owned businesses, and other destinations across the US in honor of Women's History Month.
The promotion kicks off on International Women's Day, March 8, and continues through the end of the month. Lyft teamed up with former Senior Advisor to President Obama Valerie Jarrett to feature places in 33 cities around the country that have inspired her and other trailblazing women committed to public service.
"I think during Women's History Month, it's just so important that we take a moment and learn more about our nation's history and the important role that women have played in that history," Jarrett said in a statement shared with POPSUGAR. "I think Lyft can make a huge contribution to the national discourse and I'm delighted that we're engaged in this campaign."
To keep the celebrations going, Lyft is also launching a series sharing the stories of local heroes in communities where it operates. Some of the noteworthy destinations you can visit through the program include:
