See Every Electric Shade in the New NYX Off Tropic Palette

The key to re-creating all of the festival beauty looks you've been bookmarking is in this eye shadow palette. The prismatic NYX Off Tropic Shadow Palette in Hasta La Vista ($20) hits every hue named in the acronym ROYGBIV with its hyperpigmented, bright formulas.
Each pan contains either a matte or shimmer finish powder that is extremely buildable and easy to work with - so much so that even if you're running late for your favorite artist's set and have to do your makeup in the back of an Uber, you can pick up the pigments and apply them seamlessly with your fingers. One layer of color will be sheer, although you can build it into an opaque burst of color.
