Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Chunks Are REAL, Confirming Nice Things Still Exist in 2019

If you've ever torn through a carton of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, simply looking for the chunks of doughy goodness, Ben & Jerry's has some news that'll make you smile. The ice cream manufacturer is releasing "just the dough" from its most popular ice cream flavor in bite-size, snackable pieces. Cookie dough diehards can pick from either Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Vegan Chocolate Chip, or traditional Chocolate Chip flavors that are made with pasteurized eggs and heat-treated flour - perfectly safe to eat raw.
After being tested out in limited quantities for customers at Vermont Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shops back in 2018, the half-pound bags are starting to roll out at participating retailers and scoop shops around the nation this month. Keep your eyes peeled for these beauties in the frozen aisle next time you make a grocery run.
