Boop-Oop-a-Doop, This Beauty Icon Has an Unexpected New Hair Color
For over eight decades, Betty Boop has been known for her iconic beauty look - long lashes, cherry-red glossy lips, and pitch-black pixie cut - inspiring countless makeup and hair tutorials and major beauty brands to create the tools to replicate the look. Now, the pop culture icon is going for a brand-new look. King Features, which owns the rights to Boop's character, announced that she will be undergoing a hair transformation, dyeing her hair to a light blond.
