Carrie Underwood showed us how good the post-workout glow can get with a makeup-free selfie on Instagram. The 36-year-old country star posted the pic with the caption: "When your face matches your shirt = you had a good workout!" and showed off her latest fitness gear from her line, Calia by Carrie.

While Underwood is usually in full-on glam (the woman is clearly a fan of a good false lash), her stripped-down selfie reveals her clear and radiant skin. While there's no way to tell what serums, acids, and moisturizers she has in her medicine cabinet, you can bet we're now dying to find out.
