I Tried 23 Honest Beauty Products, and These Are My Hands Down Favorites
Here's an unfortunate truth: there is not one beauty product on this planet that will make you look more like Jessica Alba. (Unless scientists have cracked the code on cloning the whole genetic jackpot thing and forgot to tell us.) Still, you can feel as good as she does about what you put on your skin and hair - that's why she created Honest Beauty.
Launched in 2015 under the Honest Company umbrella, Alba's beauty line includes a bevvy of clean makeup, hair, and skincare products formulated sans parabens, mineral oil, or synthetic fragrances. But are they worth the hype (and $200 million valuation)? In a quest to find out - and, OK, attempt to bear even an inkling of resemblance to Alba circa 2003's Honey - I road tested every Honest Beauty item in our beauty closet.
