Amal Clooney's Date-Night Look in Rome Is So Unique, It Puts Every LBD to Shame
Amal and George Clooney always seem to nail their date-night looks. After walking the red carpet in a green Oscar de la Renta asymmetric dress and a gold fringed Armani gown that made her look like a silver-screen siren, Amal switched into something very unexpected. While most people swing for a little black dress or a sleek slip dress for a date night with their SO, Amal proved that you can totally get away with wearing an outfit that means business.
For a romantic dinner at Pierluigi in Rome, Amal slipped into a plaid number by Prabal Gurung. She styled a peplum top that accentuated her frame with a pair of matching wide-leg trousers. Amal's top featured one strap that came in a black lace material, which gave her business-ready look a more romantic feel. She finished her look with a dazzling gold clutch and pink suede heels.
