Ciara Did Her Best to Keep Us Looking Up, but We Were Still Drawn to Her $139 Shoes
The Billboard Music Awards red carpet definitely wasn't short of sexy looks, and one star who really turned up the heat was Ciara. Her Stephane Rolland gown, a modified style from the Fall 2018 collection, featured a dramatic thigh-high split and a deep plunging neckline with a sheer panel and a built-in crystal-embellished choker. All this was finished with a giant billowing bow/flower on the shoulder for a little added drama. Between the showstopping gown and her adorable date (her son, Future), you'd be forgiven for missing the little details . . . but even with all that going on, we found ourselves looking down to her feet.
Though Ciara's gown may have been couture, her shoes were much more affordable. She chose the Donatella Mule from Femme Shoes, which can be yours for $139. They're vegan and cruelty-free, and as you can see on Ciara, they definitely make an impression. That said, with a superhigh stiletto heel and only thin crossover straps to keep them on the feet, these mules aren't for the faint-hearted, and needless to say, the singer swapped them out before embarking on an incredible performance.
