Fascinated by Multilevel Marketing Schemes? Kirsten Dunst's Forthcoming Show Is For You

It was only a matter of time before someone made a drama about multilevel marketing schemes. In Showtime's forthcoming series On Becoming a God in Central Florida, Kirsten Dunst portrays a professionally unfulfilled water park employee who finds purpose in a pyramid scheme, Founders American Merchandise. By the looks of the recently released teaser, corruption, violence, and familial drama ensue.
The show will mark Dunst's second major television gig in recent years, as she portrayed Peggy Blumquist in the second season of Fargo. Her performance earned her a Critics' Choice Television Award, as well as nominations at the Emmys and Golden Globes. Also starring Théodore Pellerin, Ted Levine, Mel Rodriguez, and Beth Ditto, On Becoming a God in Central Florida will premiere on Aug. 25 - perfect to pair with all those moody end-of-Summer feelings!
