Finally! An Expert Is Telling Us to Eat the Dang Doughnut

I'm all about anything that encourages listening to and loving my body, so when I discovered registered dietitian Colleen Christensen, RD, and her Instagram account that's exploding with body positivity and posts about intuitive eating, I literally teared up.
Lately, she's been posting quotes like the ones included, and she told POPSUGAR, "My goal is to help every woman (and man!) have a healthy relationship with food and feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies - no matter what size or shape that may be! Life is too short to be worrying about the calories in a cupcake or the size of your thighs! Loving and respecting your body, while also enjoying the deliciousness of life, is where it's at!"
If this sounds like a way of life you can get behind, keep scrolling to see the other inspiring quotes she's posted to help people find freedom from food obsession.
