Light Up Your Arms With This Kettlebell Workout Video Set to Katy Perry's "Firework"

Nothing will get you pumped for Fourth of July (or any day, for that matter) like Katy Perry's "Firework." It's about celebrating originality, letting your sparkle shine, and giving the whole world a taste of what makes you great. And Twinkle Poindexter, a kettlebell instructor at Yadkin YMCA, combined her love of "Firework" with a kickass, arm-focused workout you've got to try. In the above video, which she posted in 2017 and we're so happy we found among the YouTube fitness routines on the internet, she does triceps extensions, power swings to activate the core, and single-arm presses all while singing along to Katy's inspirational song.

"Triceps are a muscle group I always try to hit in my classes, and I felt like it fit perfectly with the movement of the song," Twinkle told POPSUGAR. "Same with the shoulder presses." She also pointed out that when you lift to the tempo of music, you can get lost in the song (and the lyrics). Your body might forget you're working hard because you're having fun! In just three minutes and 45 seconds, your arms will light up like the Fourth of July. And make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh!," of course.
