This F*cking Amazing Meditation Will Help You "Breathe Out the Bullsh*t"
I've never really gotten the hype about meditation. I've tried a handful of guided meditations that instructed me to focus on my breath or find my happy place, but personally, none of them did the trick for me. I figured I would just never fully grasp its power . . . until I listened to Jason Headley's "F*ck That: An Honest Meditation." Turns out, this direct, profanity-laced meditation was exactly what I needed to feel more zen.
When you press play, you'll be encouraged to take deep breaths and "feel the f*cking nonsense float away." Those distracting thoughts that pop into your head? They're "bullsh*t," he explains - so let them go. As someone who could use some inner peace right now, I found these two and half minutes soothing. Maybe you will, too.
