Kristen Wiig Brought Her A-Game to the SNL Monologue, and I'm Still Laughing

Saturday Night Live's season 45 finale kicked off with an opening monologue from none other than Kristen Wiig. For the show's third at-home episode, Kristen rolled out of bed, slipped on some sequins, and flashed the camera before launching into a full dance sequence. Things quieted down as she sent her mom some well wishes and sang - er, belted - a lullaby.
Live tapings of SNL shut down because of the coronavirus pandemic, but the show returned with its first-ever "SNL At Home" edition on April 11, when Tom Hanks opened with a monologue delivered from his kitchen. Since then, the writers have gotten creative with their skits as cast members and celebrity guests film remotely. Brad Pitt transformed into Dr. Anthony Fauci for the latest episode, which also included a hilarious Kate McKinnon sketch starring her cat as a coworker, plus a memorable performance from Miley Cyrus.
Watch Kristen Wiig's monologue in the clip above, then check out more of the must-see "SNL At Home" moments from the past few weeks.
