This FedEx Driver Surprised a Kid With Cupcakes When She Celebrated Her Birthday at Home
Ok @FedEx our driver deserves a bonus! He realized it was our daughter's birthday & went to @DairyQueen to get her ice cream cupcakes. Planning a child's birthday celebrations while social distancing can prove difficult, which is why it's so touching when someone goes out of their way to help make the day special. Take Jodan Price, for instance. The FedEx driver recently went above-and-beyond to surprise a young girl with Dairy Queen ice cream cupcakes, and gave her mom something to smile about.
Mom Liz Paternoster shared her gratitude for "Mr. Price" on Twitter and expressed plenty of thanks for making her daughter Emma's day. According to Liz, Jodan simply wanted to make up for the birthday celebrations Emma might've lost while staying at home. The story quickly gained traction on social media, and many people responded with their own heartwarming stories and love for Jodan's actions. (His son even got in on the fun!) Eventually, Jodan made his way back to Liz and Emma's home and they were able to thank him in person. Watch the video below to see the sweetness go down.
