Olivia Palermo Can't Tuck Away This Style Secret - We've Got It All Figured Out
This is not a drill: Olivia Palermo is back at it with her old styling tricks, trying to fool us every time she steps out. When we first saw her stopping traffic in New York City, we thought, "Oh! Cute jumpsuit." But look a little closer and you'll find Olivia's billowing tank flowing out from the waistline of her trousers.
The striped set is a must have this season, and you can pull off the same ensemble if your top is just long enough. Seal the deal with a blue bomber like Olivia's and accent your outfit with black flats and dark sunglasses. Olivia's thin Adornmonde choker, gold jewels, and textured clutch were the final touches and a bit more of a distraction from the truth: she's got on breezy separates, and they are awesome.

We Spent 1 Whole Month Without Laying Eyes on Aimee Mullins's Gorgeous Wedding Dress
The secret's out: Homeland star Rupert Friend and Paralympic sprinter Aimee Mullins eloped on May 1. The couple is just beginning to share photos of their sweet ceremony - which took place in a compost shed thanks to some rain - and we can't stop admiring Aimee's bridal look. Though she didn't wear a gown, instead opting for a silk Theyskens dress with cap sleeves and floral appliqué at the neckline, Aimee made quite the statement.
In fact, she played up the shorter hemline of her number with a pair of white leather booties. The finishing touch? A dainty birdcage veil that covered her eyes when she and Rupert exchanged vows, along with a pair of delicate drop earrings. Read on for all the proof you need that when it comes to a wedding dress, an understated style is classy and completely romantic too.
9 Ways to Stop Living the Lazy-Girl Fashion Life and Get Your Act Together
If there's one thing in this world I excel at, it's being lazy. I've waited for the laundry basket to overflow before throwing clothes in the wash. I've canceled party plans in favor of sitting on the couch watching Netflix. I snooze my alarm, chill out in my towel, and have perfected the art of picking things up with my feet. (I could probably text with my toes by now, but I'm too lazy to try.)
I didn't see any of this an issue until recently, when I realized - BAM! - my laziness had somehow creeped its way into my wardrobe. Around last Fall, I had adopted the ultimate lazy girl motto, comfort over everything, but looking back at photos, it dawned on me: comfy ain't always cute.
No matter what they call them, joggers are probably just sweatpants. Oversize sweaters will always be baggy. And some outfits just look better with heels.
I'm trying to remind myself of the real reason I fell in love with fashion: as a way of expressing myself; it's the message I'm sending out to world. Do I want really want that message to be "Girl who woke up late and threw on the only thing that wasn't wrinkled"? Nope, not really. I'd much rather be polished, professional, and always put-together.
I imagine many women, especially as they grow older, have a hard time letting the lazy girl go, so I compiled some tips I'm using to stay on track. Because while I won't be giving up binge-watching (too many shows, not enough time) or towel chilling (some of my best thinking is done then), it's time to say goodbye and embrace the fierce, fashionable woman I know I can be.
Gigi Hadid's on a Sexy Minidress Kick, and Each Look Is Sexier Than the 1 Before
Gigi Hadid would never give up her sexy red carpet style. After all, it's a look she's mastered, forgoing underwear to rock an Atelier Versace gown or opting to put her booty shorts on display in a racy jumpsuit. But while Gigi has reached for sheer designs in the past, her latest two appearances - a Maybelline bash and the Guys Choice Awards - have brought out leggy minidresses, both by David Koma.
So perhaps Gigi's giving up the naked trend for a brand new look: one that includes eye-catching details like the bell sleeves or metal studs on this LBD - only time will tell. For now, read on for an all angles view of her ensemble, accessorized with Giuseppe Zanotti heels and diamond stud earrings, then see the similar dress she wore the night before.

Michelle Obama Has 1 Key Trick When It Comes to Mastering Prints
Narciso Rodriguez is one of Michelle Obama's favorite designers. So when it comes to including the label in her wardrobe, she doesn't just stick to dresses. The FLOTUS attended the National Medal for Museum and Library Service awards in a coordinate set. She tucked her blue and white top into a navy skirt and completed the look with red pumps. When it all came together, her ensemble was subtly patriotic, and her simple separates so clearly gave off the illusion of a dress.
Of course, that's just one of Michelle's style secrets. Sticking with one statement graphic on her tank, Michelle proved that prints don't have to be dizzying. Rather, they can make a flash but strike a sophisticated note at the same time. Read on for a closer look at her latest masterpiece of an outfit.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Just Made a Fashion Disclosure That Has Us Thinking: "Really?!"
Image Source: Getty / Mike Coppola
In honor of the opening of their first The Row store in New York City, designing sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen opened up to Vogue to share all about their intentions for the new space as well as their own fashion habits.
Ashley and Mary-Kate worked with a French interior designer named Jacques Grange on the space, a full townhouse in Manhattan's Upper East Side. The feeling of the store, to the Olsens, was important - because it turns out neither of them likes to shop online. At all.
When describing the importance of a shop's feel to Vogue's Mark Holgate, both Mary-Kate and Ashley agreed that their purchases are influenced by the feel of a garment or the mood of a store. "I've never purchased anything online," Mary-Kate said. And Ashley agreed, adding, "I prefer to see, touch, feel, and experience." Knowing how much (and for how long) Ashley and Mary-Kate have loved shopping vintage, their anti-online-shopping stance makes sense - even though it's not for everyone.
If There Ever Was a Look of Royal Athleisure, Charlene of Monaco Just Wore It
Seeing as that Princess Charlene of Monaco is one of the most stylish royals around, we weren't at all surprised to find her in this slouchy jumpsuit. Charlene cheered on Lewis Hamilton at the Grand Prix alongside her husband, Prince Albert II. And while her luxe, functional design was cool enough on its own - what with that satin pink panel down the side - the piece was actually a nod to the uniforms worn by the mechanics at the race.
Of course their own designs aren't straight off the runway, but as Charlene congratulated Hamilton, the fashion connection became clear. Read on for an all-angles view of her smart style homage, and zoom in on her pretty pearl earrings and pointed-toe pumps while you're at it.

This Shoe Designer's Wedding Gown Is Miles Long - but Wait Till You See the Pumps Underneath
You know Charlotte Olympia by her quirky shoes and kitten flats - they're on red carpets everywhere. So of course when the designer got married, she completed her bridal look with leopard pumps. Only, you couldn't exactly see them as she walked down the aisle. You see, Charlotte tapped her friend and mentor Giambattista Valli to design a majestic, voluminous white gown that featured tiers and tiers of tulle.
Its asymmetrical, off-the-shoulder silhouette was glamorous, and obviously, so was getting ready for her special day. Charlotte just shared a black and white snap of herself preparing to exchange vows, and though it was six years ago, her dress is still fabulous enough to lust over. Read on to see different shots of Charlotte's Giambattista number that's miles long and miles lovely, and peek at her heels under the train!
Queen Maxima Has the Coordinated Look Down to a Science
If you've ever hopelessly thrown your hands in the air while standing in front of the closet, you could probably use a style lesson from Queen Maxima. The Dutch royal sticks to a dress code that's sophisticated, but bright and playful too. She starts with a fit and flare dress like this Natan Couture number, then chooses eye-catching accoutrements in the exact same shade.
At this year's Holland Festival, the queen accessorized with Natan pumps, a Valentino clutch with a diamond clasp that complemented her bracelets, and, alas, a pair of fabulous statement earrings. Queen Maxima almost always opts for chunky jewels as the finishing touch to her look, the final move that helps her appear polished. Read on to zoom in on her latest outfit, and be sure to take a note or two.
Gigi Hadid Matched Her Mini Top to Her Micro Chanel Bag - and It Was Amazing
Mirrored sunglasses? Check. Crop tops? Check. Mini bags (you wear your Chanel and I'll carry my Hermès)? Check and check. We can only imagine the exchange between Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner before they stepped out in LA together. But we don't blame them for so perfectly coordinating, especially since they're supermodels who love to have fun with fashion.
While both ladies wore high-waisted skinnies, Kendall's were blue and Gigi's gray. And while Gigi's top took a halter silhouette, Kendall's was made of silk. In fact, both ladies interpreted the dress code in their own way, flaunting their unique senses of style.
Gigi's Nike sneakers and zippered pants spoke to her sporty nature, and she created even more buzz by matching the print on her tank to the texture of her python Chanel bag. Meanwhile, Kendall achieved full-on rocker boho in an embroidered Andrew Gn jacket, Elizabeth and James shades, a skinny scarf, and leather boots. Read on to admire the latest #KenGi moment from all angles.

Tips From the Top: Fashion Goals For an Almost 30-Year-Old
Fashions come and go, but good style is forever. At least, that's what we're told. Yet over the last decade, the only consistent thing about my own fashion choices has been their rabid inconsistency. University years were defined by an aesthetic referred to by my friends as "feed the birds" - sweaters that swamped me, jewelry that jangled, and a deluded hope that all this draping made me look like the third Olsen twin. Early career years forced my wardrobe into more office-friendly territory, but without the income needed to invest in quality pieces; these days, as a freelance writer working from home, yoga pants have become depressingly de rigeur.
Throw in a fluctuating body shape (university drinking habits were not kind) and my twenties can best be described as one big, fat state of flux. It's not the end of the world - in the '90s, Anna Wintour was photographed in a gold lamé turtleneck. But with my 30th birthday now in sight, I've been thinking about the things I'd like to get straight.
Like Wintour, I think we're all trying to figure out a lamé-free existence. With the advice of some of fashion's most beloved icons as guidance, I've outlined goals to color coordinate, streamline, and spruce up the current chaos of my wardrobe. Here's to a new decade of dressing well.
The Secret History Behind One of Princess Diana's Favorite Gowns
Interest in Princess Diana's life - and wardrobe - has hardly cooled in the nearly two decades since her death. Case in point: a green, sequined Catherine Walker dress that the princess first wore during a 1986 visit to Austria is expected to fetch over $100,000 at an upcoming auction in the United Kingdom. The Telegraph just ran a feature on a handful of pieces going under the hammer at Kerry Taylor Auctions in two weeks, including the green gown. Estimates for the piece's final sale price range from the very low $115 to a high of $144,000.
Catherine Walker, whose designs were a great favorite of Diana's, created the piece for the princess to wear 30 years ago. According to the auction house, the dress has a unique provenance. It was part of a large order Diana placed in preparation for the Austria trip. Diana, trusting Catherine's good taste, didn't ask to see sketches; she trusted the designer would create beautiful pieces. And Catherine delivered.
For the evening in Vienna, Diana wore the dress with a diamond choker, which had been given to her as a wedding gift by Charles's grandmother Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. It would be the first of four times Diana wore the gown publicly. In 1987, she'd wear it to a charity performance of High Society and again in 1988 for the premiere of Biggles. In 1989, it was brought out a fourth time for a ball at Osterley House.
Though Catherine has passed away, her company lives on; in fact, Kate Middleton is now a fan of the label and recently wore a green coat dress to an engagement in London.

The Shocking Truth About Thread Count in Sheets
For years now, we've been conditioned to correlate a high thread count with high quality in bed sheets, but it turns out there are far more important quality metrics than thread count. In fact, sheets with a low thread count but high-quality fiber can actually be better than sheets with high thread count and low-quality fiber. To learn what we should really be paying attention to when shopping for sheets, we spoke to the experts at luxury bedding company CULTIVER.
Here are the five things they said to look at before purchasing:
Fiber
This is a great place to start your sheet search. Consider your personal preferences and climate, and shop for a fiber accordingly: for example, Egyptian cotton's acclaimed comfort is due to its long staple fiber. Longer fibers create silkier-feeling sheets. Breathable fibers, like cotton and Cultiver's signature linen bed sheets, are great in warm climates because they're breathable and moisture-wicking. For cool climates, a natural insulator like silk is a great option. Polyester blends are great for those on a budget because they're inexpensive and durable.
Weave
The weave, or the manner in which the threads are interlaced, determines the way the sheets feel and look. Weaves with an even amount of vertical and horizontal yarns, like those used in high-quality percale sheets, create crisp, durable sheets. By contrast, sateen weaves have more vertical than horizontal yarns, giving them a shiny look and silky feel, but making them more susceptible to wear. When a weave is low quality, the info is often omitted from the label altogether.
Location
You already know what type of fiber and weave you want - next, note where the sheets are made. Some countries, France and Italy in particular, are known for their sheet-making skills. Even if the fabric is coming from elsewhere, it's always a plus to have the sheets made by master craftspeople.
Dye
Inexpensive sheets apply color and patterns to the fabric after the sheets are already woven, which can make them stiff, especially initially. With time and washings, they'll usually soften up. Pricier, but much softer, sheets are made from yarn-dyed fabrics that have been woven with colored yarn.
Finish
Some sheets are treated to be wrinkle-free, nonshrinking, or extra shiny - but dangerous chemicals are often used to create these finishes. It's always a good idea to seek out pure and organic sheets. They're better for everyone's health and a must for those with sensitive skin or allergies.

45 Balayage Hair Color Ideas to Inspire Your Next Salon Appointment
There's plenty of enviable hair color out there - including a bevy of rainbow looks - but we covet killer balayage highlights the most. As it turns out, we're not the only ones; this color technique is all over Instagram. If we had to guess why it's so beloved, we'd say it's because the popular method makes strands look naturally sun-kissed instead of methodically dyed.
According to colorist Lauren E. Hack, cofounder of Lauren+Vanessa salon in New York, that's because the look is painted on. "The word literally means to sweep [in French]," she explained. "You sweep the color onto the hair strand by strand." The effect resembles the hair's natural highlights. Hack told us that many of her clients bring their young daughters to the salon as examples of the soft highlights they want to mimic.
The technique is ideal for low-maintenance beauties, since the color is applied very carefully so as to avoid lines of demarcation. Thus, the dye grows out beautifully, making it easy to stretch (or even wholly disregard) the time between salon appointments.
Our favorite characteristic of balayage, however, is that it makes fine hair look thicker. "Our hair follicle is thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom," said Hack. "With balayage you are able to create the illusion that the hair is more full at the bottom by painting thin to thick highlights from top to bottom, never seeing where the color begins and ends."
To get the balayage look for yourself, meet with your colorist. "Photos are key!" exclaimed Hack. She suggests you bring images of celebrities who have your dream hair. Then, your expert can consult with you on whether or not your desired color will suit your skin tone, lifestyle, and regimen. Read on to see the technique on various blond, brunette, and red hair hues!

4 Reasons I'm Not Going Back to Being a Brunette Yet
Since becoming a blonde two years ago, I can't say my life has gotten more fun - at least not particularly. The first thing that happened was an impromptu video chat with my boyfriend. His widened eyes said it all, but that didn't stop him from saying, "You look . . . different."
My transition from silky, dark brown locks was gradual. First I got tawny-looking highlights that were much too streaky, and two days later I marched into a random barbershop (note: this is never a good idea) and asked for a single-process dye job. From that moment on, things got rather janky. I couldn't believe how coarse my strands had become, and looking at photos of myself, I was concerned. My hair looked stained: a mustardy yellow, if you will.
Nevertheless, I counted Kate Bosworth and Sienna Miller as my favorite beauty icons. I was determined to get that look - at least when it came to shade. I eventually met a new stylist who nurtured my hair back to health, slowly but surely tweaking my tone to complement my olive skin. She highlighted it gradually with intermittent toner sessions, which held me over until it was time to go lighter. Now I'm feeling better than ever about my shade of blond, and I just got bangs modeled after - you guessed it - Sienna's. Despite my tough journey, I don't want to go back to brown hair just yet. I have blond ambition, you see.
Only, here's the thing: I'm a brunette at heart. When I look at photos of myself with a dark lob, I think I look sexy - especially in the middle of Summer. I feel like a brunette, even though I haven't been for over two years. Though I like the way I look, I know I was more confident before I made the switch. But I still plan to stay blond for as long as possible before going back to my natural color.
The color of your hair can't change every day, like your outfit. Your hair color helps to define you and your vibe, and it might even impact your sense of style. A fresh cut can bring out your feminine side; maybe your bob inspires you to slip on a headband and update your wardrobe with a preppy twist. In other words, a hair change is a big deal. When it's time to go back to brown, I'll just know. It'll be a new chapter of my life, but first, I just want to make sure I've lived this one to the fullest.

This 1 Product Is Going to Make Your Eyebrow Routine Easier Than Ever

Beauty vlogger Makeupholic Moon brought our attention to this all-in-one eyebrow shaper in a simple Instagram post. She used the tool to sculpt her brown brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills's Dip Brow Pomade ($18).
Another vlogger, Sonia Castañeda, went the powder route, instead of using pomade. Sonia said she was "pleasantly surprised" by the results, after she bought the interesting-looking device for a really good price on Amazon.

30 Summer Style Tips Michelle Obama Knows Like the Back of Her Hand
Once the warmer months roll around, it's easy to get a little lazy with what you wear. Oh, it'll be a high of 88 today? Shorts and a t-shirt it is. But like many professional women, Michelle Obama doesn't have the option of throwing on itty-bitty bottoms and heading out of the house (correction, the White House). So she opts for the next best thing: colorful sundresses, breezy tailored pants, and light layers, which help her appear polished and pulled together instead of ready for the beach.

This Braided Headband DIY Is an Unexpected Bridesmaids Hairstyle Idea
You're probably sick of every blow-dry bar bridesmaid menu option: the fishtail, the half-up bun, the waterfall, etc. Been there. Instagrammed that. This season, try something dainty and unexpected: a braided headband. We love this style because it allows you to wear your hair down; it works with waves, curls, and sleek styles; and it looks just as pretty on longer lengths as it does lobs. Plus, the style functionally pulls some of your strands out of your face.
Hairstylist Gina Schiappacasse from NYC salon Hairstory broke down how to DIY (it's actually pretty simple!). Keep reading to learn her techniques for a gorgeous wavy blowout complemented by a mini headband braid.

10 Stars Who Can't Get Enough of Their Solid & Striped Swimsuits
After a full weekend of sun, it's likely we're left with plenty of suitspiration from the It girls. But there's something special about the 'grams that feature a Solid & Striped piece. These designs, whether bikinis or one-pieces, flatter our favorite stars and models from every angle. Retro silhouettes give off the illusion of long legs and a lean torso, and when one's splashed in the brand's signature gingham print, it makes for a feminine touch.
A colorblock top and bottom is Summertime patriotic, and the sexy, wraparound style keeps things unique. In other words, with each Solid & Striped suit we lay eyes on, we end up doing a little more shopping. Read on to explore the swim label of the year, and gather ideas for your own selfie while you're at it.
Jennifer Lawrence's BFF Channeled Beyoncé on Her Wedding Day, and That Alone Explains So Much
Being friends with a celebrity can't exactly be easy, especially when it's your very own wedding day. Because despite the fact that you're the one saying "I do," your famous pal will likely steal some of that spotlight - unless, of course, you're Laura Simpson, aka Jennifer Lawrence's BFF.
Getting married at the dreamy Borgo Stomennano Hotel in Tuscany, Italy, the brunette beauty had a plan: channel Beyoncé in a white Inbal Dror gown, and no one will be able to look at anything - or anyone - else. It worked, too. Just a glimpse at the bride's curve-hugging, floor-sweeping ensemble, and it was all "J Law who?"
Take a peek at her wedding look ahead, which is basically something we'd expect from someone who's BFFs with Jennifer. But if you're still so inclined to see what the Hunger Games star showed up in, we've got that too.
You'll Fall Hard For Angelina Jolie's Sexy Spring Style in This Film
By the Sea is not easy to sit through - at least not with a smile on your face. Written and directed by Angelina Jolie, the movie was released last year and stars none other than Angelina and Brad Pitt. But while the story is sad, the fashion is not. In fact, I couldn't tear my eyes away from the screen as Angelina - who's also one of my style icons - slipped into pleated midis, pussy-bow blouses, and leather flats, accessorizing with sunhats, oversize shades, and usually a cigarette or a glass of white wine.
Within the first few minutes of the film, she stomps onto the pebbled sand in her leopard heels, causing Brad's character, Roland, to murmur, "Might want to take your heels off, honey." It's little moments like this - or when Roland fixes his wife's sunglasses that have been carelessly tossed on a side table - that make By the Sea special for its style. As I watched, I decided to tweak my Spring wardrobe to look just like Vanessa's.
Angelina's character moves effortlessly. She wears silhouettes that are loose but drape beautifully to highlight her best assets. Her pieces, many of them long robes finished with lace, are made of chiffon or silk - and they're all on trend for the season. Read on to watch the trailer, get inspired by my favorite stills, and shop away.
Bella Hadid's Date-Night Style Is Crazy, Sexy, Cool
For some ladies, date night means a minidress and heels, while others keep it casual - jeans, a flouncy top, and flats, perhaps. But Bella Hadid takes the supermodel approach, doubling up on leather - her material of choice - in tight pants and a coordinated coat. When she stepped out with her beau, The Weeknd, she tied her hair in braids so we could better see her ribbed Cushnie et Ochs bodysuit, complete with a thick choker. Bella's edgy accessories included one Givenchy leopard satchel and patent moto boots, confirming that for her, there's nothing delicate about date-night style. Read on for an all-angles view, then shop her essentials when you scroll.

The 1 Thought That Helped Me Lose Weight
Life is too short to say "no" to anything delicious. So I didn't. I said "yes." Yes to three-layer cakes, chewy homemade cookies, decadent brownies, crispy french fries, pancakes doused in maple syrup, flaky chocolate-covered pastries, ice cream, gooey pizza - anything and everything. I didn't want to restrict myself at all, so I literally never said "no." If I had a brief doubt when reaching for something tasty, thinking, well, "maybe I shouldn't," a little voice inside would always say, "Yes. Go ahead. Because you're worth it." And boy was I worth it. Forty pounds worth it. That's how much I gained, not by eating entire sleeves of Oreos or gloriously enormous bowls of mac and cheese. It was bite by bite.
I was shocked at how much weight I'd gained just by eating a little extra here and there. And I realized that saying "yes" to all those foods wasn't making me happy. Initially, I was sad about not being able to button my jeans, but what really made me depressed was the fact that I wasn't taking care of myself. I felt like crap because I was eating so much crap.
So one day, when reaching for a second piece of dark chocolate with almonds, I stopped and said to myself, "No. Don't do it. Because you're worth it." That new mantra empowered me to take my health and weight into my own hands. I actually felt better restricting myself because I knew it was helping me get back on track and meet the goals I'd always had in mind - to be healthy.
Of course I don't say no to everything, I just don't say yes all the time. I definitely indulge every single day with a little something, but I'm more aware now of all those little extra nibbles I was taking just for the heck of it. Those little bites sure did add up, so not having those extra bites helped me get back into my jeans. My health is the most important thing to me, and this one small change in my thoughts has made a huge difference.

10 Exercises That Burn 200 Calories in Under 3 Minutes
If you find it hard to lose weight with your busy schedule, the news keeps getting better. First, just 20 minutes of exercise was proven to help increase your metabolism. Now, a study has found that working out intensely for just 2.5 minutes can spur calorie burn throughout the day - an extra 200 calories' worth.
In the latest study, five healthy men performed sprint interval training on a stationary bicycle (five 30-second intense intervals with four minutes of easy cycling in between). Although the men were sedentary the rest of the day, they ended up burning 200 more calories during the days they did the short bout of exercise than the days they didn't exercise at all.
Even though this was a small study, the encouraging results are reason enough to add intense intervals into your workout routine. It's also good news for those of you who can never seem to fit a full workout into your day. Here are 10 intense exercises you can do anywhere for 2.5 minutes so you too can reap the afterburn benefits. Perform these at maximum intensity; you can break them into 30-second or one-minute intervals to make it more manageable. Stick with one, or choose five to do for 30 seconds each!
New Study Reveals These 4 Healthy Habits Can Significantly Reduce Your Risk of Breast Cancer
The benefits of exercise surpass shedding pounds and chiseling your body. Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle can also improve your general health and decrease your risk of multiple life-threatening diseases - including breast cancer. According to researchers in a recent study published by JAMA Oncology, women who carry genes linked to breast cancer can significantly lower their risk of the disease by simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle including four key components: managing a low BMI, limiting alcohol consumption, and avoiding smoking and hormone therapy post-menopause.
Researchers collected data from the records of women linked to various breast cancer genes to create a model to predict the absolute risk of breast cancer, mainly in white women in the US. They also considered nonmodifiable factors: family history, reproductive health, and lifestyle factors, along with anthropometric factors and SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) in the women used to conduct the study.
They found that 11.3 percent of white women in their 30s are at absolute risk of developing breast cancer by age 80. But by maintaining the four modifiable variables mentioned above, an amazing 30 percent of breast cancer cases could be avoided.
The study also observed that women in the highest statistic of breast cancer susceptibility who maintained a low BMI and did not drink, smoke, or use post-menopausal hormone therapy reduced their risk to levels similar to an average woman in the population.
So if you're seeking ways to slim your risk of breast cancer, the bottom line is that there is magic in a healthy lifestyle in addition to your annual breast self-examinations. And whether you are at high risk of breast cancer or not, there is no denying the benefits of embracing healthy habits to live your most prosperous life.
