Miguel Covered "Crazy in Love" For 50 Shades Darker, and It's Pure Magic
The first trailer for Fifty Shades Darker features passionate shower kisses, sexual intrigue, and a stalker (or two), but most importantly, it brings us a new cover of Beyoncé's "Crazy in Love." For the first film in the franchise, Fifty Shades of Grey, Beyoncé did a sultry, slowed-down version of her hit, but this time around, R&B singer Miguel took the reins. He puts his own spin on the hypnotic tune, and we have a feeling it will fit right in on the new soundtrack. Until that arrives, listen to Miguel do his thing in the trailer above.
Victoria Beckham Admits a Hilarious Hair Faux Pas She Made in the '90s
While Victoria Beckham may be the current leader in fashion-forward beauty trends (she even recently collaborated with Estee Lauder on a chic makeup line), she didn't always make the best choices. Like many of us who were old enough to do our own hair in the '90s, she overdid it when it came to hairspray. She admitted this when she appeared on the Late Night With Seth Meyers show on Sept. 12.
Seth said, "You also talk about a lifelong relationship you've had with hairspray and there was a time in your life when maybe you used to much of it. Is that a safe thing to say?"
Victoria replied, "Oh yes, you have. Me and Elnett hairspray. I was at the theater one night and the lady sitting behind me said, 'Do you mind taking your hair down because I can't see the show.' The funny thing was that I didn't have it up, I just had a lot of spray and I looked like I had been caught in a wind tunnel. So my hair was not up, it was just backcombed. I mean, it the '90s, we all did it."
There you have it - even the poshest Spice Girl didn't always get it right when it comes to beauty trends and product application.

These 4 Paralympians Finished the 1500-Meter Race Faster Than Any Olympians
At the 2016 Olympics this Summer, the United States' Matthew Centrowitz Jr. completed the men's 1500-meter race in an incredible 3:50. Meanwhile, at the 2016 Paralympics, Algerian runner Abdellatif Baka just finished the same exact race - except for the visually impaired - in a whopping 3:48.29.
While Abdellatif's achievement is astounding all on its own, three other competitors also finished the race in less time than anyone at the Olympics. In second place was Tamiru Demisse of Ethipia (3:48.59), third place was Henry Kirwa of Kenya (3:49.59), and fourth place went to Fouad Baka - yes, the gold medalist's brother - who finished at 3:49.84.
Algeria's Fouad Baka was 4th in the T13 1500m, his time would've given him Olympic gold in the same event. #Rio2016 http://pic.twitter.com/GO83Hr8XDR

Now, this exciting news is in no way meant to knock Matthew's well-deserved accomplishments, but it does highlight the importance of the Paralympic Games, as well as the athletic capabilities of those competing in them.

Mom Shares a Sobering Video Explaining Why She'll Never Have a Photo of Her Children Together
Even though Melissa Mead is pregnant with her second child, the joyous news hasn't overshadowed her stark reality: both of her children will never have the chance to meet.
Melissa's first born, William, died at just 12 months old in 2014 after hospital staff allegedly failed to recognize signs of sepsis. A streptococcus A infection caused an abscess to form in the toddler's small lung, but doctors didn't catch the common blood infection that developed until after it was too late.
After her son's preventable death, Melissa tragically learned just how common sepsis is. She made a promise in her child's honor to raise awareness so that no other family has to endure an avoidable loss. Now that she is pregnant with her second baby, this mom from the United Kingdom has shared a sobering video on her Facebook page, A Mother Without a Child, explaining her story and why she will never have a photo of her kids together.
"I thought that it must be rare, but I quickly learned it is not rare. Every 3.5 seconds someone in the world dies from sepsis," Melissa wrote on signs held throughout the video. "It happens regularly and does not discriminate, it spares no ethnic group, no social class, no age or geographic region."
Although, as she pointed out, sepsis is the most common cause of death of pregnant women in the United Kingdom, she wants other parents to realize that if caught early, antibiotics and fluids are all that's required to save a life.
"It is the most common pathway to death due to an infection, and kills more people than breast, bowel, and prostate cancer combined," Melissa wrote. "Did you know that sepsis can be caused by chest infections, urinary tract infections, burns, stings or bites, to name a few? No, me either."
Colorist Transforms Classic Artwork Into Rainbow Hair
Lately, women dyeing their hair rainbow colors have been finding inspiration from unexpected sources, including the aurora borealis and Star Wars. But if art history speaks to you more than nature or science fiction, you'll love this new trend.
Kansas-based rainbow hair colorist Ursula Goff is drawing from classic works of art to create vibrant mane masterpieces on her clients. Vincent van Gogh's "Starry Night" and Edvard Munch's "The Scream" are just a few of the pieces she's re-created in colorful coifs.
While chocolate chip cookie hair might have been delectable, we think that fine-art hair is a more natural progression of the rainbow trend. After all, beauty is its own art form, and to take the painterly strokes from a canvas and reinterpret them with a few dabs of a stylist's dye brush doesn't seem too far-fetched to us.
According to Goff's Instagram, this series is a tribute to her own background in art. She has dabbled in sketching and painting since the age of 5. "I tend to color hair much the same way I color a canvas, using the same sorts of color application techniques and identical color theory," she explained.
This isn't the first time Goff's work has gone viral. Late last year, she shared two selfies of her own rainbow hair that revealed the problems with social media.
Read on to see all of the colorist's fine-art series and prepare to be completely mesmerized (and want to book a ticket to Kansas)!

Vanilla Ice Cha Cha'd to (What Else?) "Ice Ice Baby" on Dancing With the Stars
Vanilla Ice (neé Robert Matthew Van Winkle) is one of the lucky celebrity contestants on Dancing With the Stars this season, and his first foray onto the dance floor on Monday night packed in plenty of nostalgia. Along with pro partner Witney Carson, the rapper performed a Cha Cha to his iconic 1991 hit, "Ice Ice Baby." If your first instinct is to cringe, you're definitely not alone, but we can't deny that the dance was pretty entertaining. Although the premiere's biggest excitement went to fellow contestant Ryan Lochte, who was attacked by protesters after he danced, Vanilla Ice still came away with a total score of 25/40, which isn't too shabby.

Steve Harvey Meeting His Doppelgänger on Family Feud Is the Dose of Happiness Your Day Needs
Steve Harvey can now rest easy that if he ever needs to take a sick day as host of Family Feud, because he has a very realistic replacement to take over. During a recent episode of the game show, Steve came face to face with a man named Olden, a preacher with eerily similar features to Steve, including a bald head and pronounced mustache. "I love what I do, but every single day of my life, people come up to me and call me Steve Harvey," Olden joked. "And I don't even have your money. I mean, I think I should get compensated or something." Steve then hilariously shakes his head before responding, "I'm actually looking at him going - you know I really hate to say this but I'm an honest guy - you're actually a little better-looking than I am." The moment even rivals this family's funny answers on the show back in February.

Since the media circus that surrounded her birth in April 2006, Suri Cruise - the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes - has pretty much managed to escape the limelight. Don't think for a second that the dynamic mother-daughter duo isn't out and about often, though. The 3 Biggest Mistakes People Make When Going Low-Carb
Ditching carbs to lose weight really sucks, but it works, which is why so many people have joined the low-carb craze. If you're cutting carbs to lose a few, just be careful not to make these three mistakes.
Going Completely Carb-Free
Think of your body as a car and its fuel is carbs. A car won't run without gas, and your body can't function without carbs. Your brain runs on glucose, which comes from carbs, so without it you'll feel tired, foggy-headed, slow-moving, and cranky. Plus, ditching carbs altogether will only make your cravings that much stronger, so when faced with a delivery of office pizza, who could blame you for devouring four slices in a row?
Eating mostly protein and going completely carb-free just isn't a diet you can sustain. Certified dietitian Leslie Langevin, MS, RD, CD, of Whole Health Nutrition says you want to make sure you're eating at least 120 to 130 grams of carbs a day - about 30 to 40 percent of your diet.
Not Eating the Right Carbs
Not all carbs are created equal, so you don't want to slurp down a soda with your Instagram-worthy salad and grab a chocolate chip cookie afterward. Skip the refined and overly processed carbs like white bread, pasta, bagels, and sugary beverages and baked goods, and fuel up on carbs that are also high in fiber - they'll add to the fullness factor. Leslie recommends one-half to one cup of whole grains like quinoa or oatmeal and one to two pieces of fruit each day. That will keep your carbs low enough to lose weight and allow your body to have the energy to function. Plus, they also offer valuable vitamins and minerals your body needs to have a strong immune system.
Not Watching Portions
Low-carb doesn't automatically mean low-calorie, and just because you're not eating spaghetti, rolls, or rice doesn't mean you're not overeating other foods! Watching your portion sizes is still very important when it comes to weight loss, so be sure to monitor how many calories your meals and snacks add up to.

By telling the company about your fur baby, you can get a box at your doorstep that is perfect for them. Scroll through to see some of the ones we've found so far!

Fed-Up Mom Posts Epic Ad to Give Away Her "Moody" Kid
Anyone out there looking for a moody adolescent skilled in door slamming and eye rolling? Because mom Ella Jane Brookbanks has one she'd love for you to take off her hands.
The British mom took to Facebook with a tongue-in-cheek classified ad looking to give away - for free! - her 14-year-old son to a "good, loving home."
Interested? He comes complete with some enticing accessories and added features, which Brookbanks has carefully detailed below:
My moody adolescent comes complete with a Nike cap that he keeps on 'forgetting' to remove when he's in the house, a tin of Famous Henry's hair gel, a crap phone with a cracked front screen, three pairs of identical black skinny jeans (each with their own gaping hole), a green jacket that smells of cheese & trainers that have seen better days - he also has a vintage pull string (like Woody from Toy Story) on the back that moans, huffs & puffs & complains about anything from having to shower, having to clean his room, having to put the bins out & not being allowed to stay up late - because he's such a sloth like mard arse every morning. He is sold with only 1 complete outfit because he just doesn't agree with wearing anything else other than the torn & ripped skinny jeans & a green battered top from H&M (and the cap) - but he does come with gel for ever changing hairstyles & 2 alternating skate boards for 'Happy play days at multistory' & 'Moody play days at The Carrs' - teenager will find it difficult to express which skateboard he his preferring at any given time - and this will be your problem.
Qualities include door slamming, wearing battered looking trainers in the house, spending more time on his hair than his showers, mood swings, not having the energy to hoover his room but having the energy to skateboard.
He is polite enough but be wary about taking him out in public - because although he is used to people, you never can tell whether he'll have a good enough social response to any situation - a soft grunt now covers most basic conversations - followed by the dreaded eye roll.
Although it doesn't look like she's gotten any serious inquiries yet, her post is destined to go viral.

Michelle Obama Needs to Get Her Hands on This Spring '17 Collection, ASAP
One part of Fashion Week that's always pretty of fun? Trying to predict which designer pieces will be snapped up from the catwalk and later spotted on stars. For instance, Michelle Obama should probably check out Carolina Herrera's Spring '17 collection, ASAP. Aside from the fact that she's already a fan of the brand, the more modest, tailored items seem to scream the FLOTUS' name. Plus, we'd love to spot in her in one of those one-shoulder gowns before her husband leaves office.
Most of the collection seems fit for the power woman - like the printed or knotted-detail dresses, long shiny skirts, and most of the formalwear - but there were plenty of pieces on the sexier side, too. Plunging necklines could be spotted alongside sheer shirts, which was slightly surprising since Carolina once bashed the "naked" trend.
Scroll through to see every stunning design as we patiently wait for Michelle to flawlessly step out in one.

This Empowering Video Will Remind You What True Beauty Really Is
Often, images in the media and advertising tell us there's only one way to be attractive. It's easy to feel pressured to fit society's rigid and specific (and also completely subjective) view of beauty. But a new video series called ReThink Beautiful is trying to change how we define the term.
In the first film of the series, a group of people explain what makes them feel their best and, therefore, makes them feel beautiful. The qualities are anything but superficial, including optimism, being true to yourself, and appreciating others.
Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of what makes people truly beautiful and we are much harder on ourselves and our appearance than we are on others. Beauty should be about doing things that make you happy, not anyone else. Watch the video for the refreshing reminder of what is important in life.

Kate Hudson Reveals Why She Refuses to Talk About Her Love Life

This Blogger Said "I Do" in a Princess-Like Gown - but Wait Until You See What Her Wife Wore
Considering today's top bloggers treat most days like a runway, it's safe to assume that, when one gets married, her outfit will be worthy of applause. Aida Domenech - better known as Dulceida - definitely lived up to expectations over the weekend, when she said "I do" to longtime girlfriend Alba Paul Ferrer. Walking down the aisle in a long Ze Garcia gown, the style star looked nothing short of breathtaking and even ditched a classic veil for a shiny gold crown - a wise choice, considering how regal it made her look. Yet despite the stunning design, Aida was close to being upstaged by one person in particular: her new wife, who showed up to the ceremony in a low-cut white jumpsuit, also by Ze Garcia, which she topped off with a jacket and strappy heels.
See both gorgeous wedding looks ahead, and don't even try to pick a favorite - it's downright impossible.
4 Questions to Ask Before Getting a Dog With Your Significant Other
If you and your significant other share a major dog obsession, you're probably counting down until the day you have a pup to call your own. We totally get it! But before taking the leap into dog parenthood, make sure to ask each other these important questions and answer them honestly. Even if the timing isn't right this very second to add a dog into the equation, consider other types of pets that might better suit your lifestyle.
Is your relationship in a good place?
If you find yourself bored or frustrated with your partner, a new puppy is not a "reset" button on your relationship. Dogs bring so much love to the table, but they also bring stress, dog poop, and extra bills. Puppies are not a solution for a rocky romance, plain and simple.
Are you ready to give up some of your spontaneity?
Does your relationship thrive on last-minute trips to wherever the next plane is headed? Nights spent partying until last call? If you two are prone to throwing down too many beers on a Thursday night and waking up in Miami the next day, rock on! We're tired just thinking about it. That said, a dog probably isn't in the cards. Pups need stability, love, and someone to let them out every single night and early each morning - maybe a more independent pet, like a cat, is a better match.
Does it still feel uncomfortable to talk about money in your relationship?
If your dates end in awkward mumbles about whose turn it is to foot the bill, give it time before adding a dog into the mix. Bills pile up fast with a pup in the family, so discussing money is going to be par for the course. Be sure you and your partner can tackle topics like budgeting without arguing or shutting down.
Are you down with getting a little dirty?
No, we're not talking about "dirty" in a hot, sexy way. Dog ownership means occasionally being knee-deep in dog poop and puppy vomit and loving your furry friend just the same. It's one of those "in sickness and in health" commitments, so you and your partner have to be OK with things getting a little messy. If a pristine apartment is at the top of your priority list, a dog will present some major challenges.

Long-Lost Letter From a Dying Mom to Her Daughter Was Just Found 15 Years Later
This is from a dying mum to her daughter it was found inside a second hand book can we find the daughter? @BBCTees http://pic.twitter.com/a11Y2hUo8g
- BBC Tees (@BBCTees) September 6, 2016
Gordon Draper runs a secondhand bookstore in Bishop Auckland, England, and he recently discovered an emotional note inside a book that he knew was going to bring him to tears. The letter was written from a dying mother addressed to her daughter, Bethany, and was found inside an envelope packaged with an old photo of a mother and a daughter.
"Bethany (My little treasure)
If your dad is reading this to you It is because I have died and gone to heaven to live with the angels. . My chest was very poorly and I had an operation to make it better but it didn't work. I will always be in the sky making sure you are alright and watching over you. So when you see a bright star like in the nursery rhyme Twinkle Twinkle Little Star that's me. Be a good girl and live a long happy life your dad and Granda will look after you and take you to school. I will always love you and don't let anyone tell you its wrong to talk about me because its not. I hope you don't forget me because I'll always be your mam. Lots of hugs and kisses.
Goodbye
Mam. xxx
P.S I'm depending on you to look after Rosie for me now. Don't forget her will you not."

"I just thought I have to do something with it," Draper said when he found the note. "Hopefully we will find this Bethany to hand her it back. My only wish at the moment is to get it back to its rightful owner." Draper's wish came true and Bethany Gash, now 21 years old, said it meant "the world" that he cared so much to return the letter to her. She said that her mother, Lisa, passed away in 2001, but before she got sick, she'd bought a lot of books in Draper's shop.
The letter must have been lost while they were moving homes and Bethany "never thought" she'd see it again. But in a Serendipity-esque moment, she was reunited with this tear-jerking memory from her past. "When I read the letter itself, it feels like an arrow is piercing straight through my heart," Draper said. "People don't always get the opportunity to say goodbye and through finding and returning the letter, I felt as though I was part of the farewell."
Thanks to your help Bethany Gash has been reunited with letter from her dying Mum. Hear her reaction tomorrow from 6 http://pic.twitter.com/hhyQAJIh41

"Bun Dropping" Is the New Hair Trend Taking Over Instagram
We've always envied women who have the ability to grow their hair to seemingly impossible lengths without sacrificing its health, shine, or density. It seems like we're not the only ones. These fortunate women have been catering to legions of fans, showcasing their thick, glossy manes with oddly sexy "bun drop" videos.
The concept is simple: the star of the video is filmed from the back. You see them holding their hair, which has been twisted up into a haphazard chignon. Then, they let go of their updo. In slow motion, we see the coiled bun unfurl, cascading down the model's back until the hair is completely loose and free.
Sometimes the movies are set to music (so the bass drops when the bun does), sometimes not, but no matter what, they're always completely mesmerizing. See for yourself.
Smoky Gray Ombré Hair Is the "It" Hair Dye to Try for Fall
Two hot hair colors - smoky lilac and gray - have been combined to create Fall's hottest hue: smoky gray ombré. Women on Instagram are already showing off this fresh shade which features a subtle or defined gray fade. And there are endless unique ways to interpret it - be it a dark-to-light version or vice versa. Keep reading to see more images, and bring one to your stylist if you feel bold enough to rock it!
Here's the Cast of American Horror Story Season 6
American Horror Story season six has been set up to be the most mysterious season yet, given that we don't know the theme, we just found out that the trailers are intentionally misdirecting us, and we're allegedly not going to learn anything until the show actually returns on Sept. 14. What do we know, though? Much of the veteran cast is returning and has been confirmed to do so, including Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga. Ryan Murphy confirmed a whole slew of returning actors in March at Paleyfest, and we're sure to be pleasantly surprised by who else is in when the series comes back. For now, here is everyone who has been officially confirmed for the cast.
Christian and Ana Are Back (and Sexier Than Ever) in the Fifty Shades Darker Teaser
Don't panic, but the teaser for Fifty Shades Darker just dropped. Yes, we got the official first teaser right after Fifty Shades of Grey was released, but this is the real deal, and it's just a peek at what's to come from the full trailer, which debuts Tuesday morning. Christian (Jamie Dornan) and Ana (Dakota Johnson) have reunited after that fight at the end of the first movie, and there are masquerade masks involved. For now, watch this on repeat; the movie is out on Feb. 10!

The Moving Story Behind a Paralyzed Woman Who Just Completed a Half Marathon
Claire Lomas was competing at an equestrian event when she hit a tree and subsequently broke her ribs, punctured her lungs, and suffered a spinal injury that would cause her to be indefinitely paralyzed. She was 27. Nearly 10 years later, Claire continues to push herself athletically, and she just completed the Great North Run half marathon while wearing a ReWalk bionic suit.
The ReWalk exoskeletal suit uses motion sensors to help Claire lift up her legs and walk. It is, however, still a difficult task for Claire who must then channel all of her energy into the parts of her body that aren't paralyzed to get the ReWalk going. With the help of her husband, Dan, Claire walked three miles a day and was able to finish the race in five days. Oh, and she's pregnant.

In Honor of 9/11, This Photographer Shared a Touching Photo of a Breastfeeding Marine
Working moms, we salute you.
And photographer Tara Ruby does it quite literally as part of a portrait series in which she documents women in uniform nursing their children. The inspiration for the collection came after she shot a now-viral image of 10 active-duty military moms breastfeeding their infant babies.
Since that fateful shot, she's expanded her reach outside of the armed forces - but has found her subjects no less awe-inspiring. From a firefighter in head-to-toe tactical gear to a teacher in a blazer to a nurse in hospital scrubs, she hopes to document the mother who has to, day in and day out, put on a uniform, leave her family to go to work, and then come home to breastfeed her baby before bed. In fact, her message - thanks to the powerful inclusion of a Las Vegas showgirl - is that when it comes to that daily grind, every mom is a hero for doing it.
Her latest image, however, returns to her series' roots: in honor of the fifteenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, she released what might be the first documented image of a US Marine breastfeeding her infant in uniform.
Read on to find out more about the women Ruby has included in her series so far.
Firefighter Tragically Forgot His Toddler in a Hot Car for 8 Hours
Another toddler has tragically passed away after being forgotten in a hot car, but this time the father who left him is serving as a stark reminder to all parents - it can happen to anyone, even a parent whose career is to save lives.
Troy Whitaker, a Florida firefighter, was charged with the death of his 23-month-old son after forgetting the child in his truck for eight hours. According to a spokesperson for the sheriff, Kavontae Smalls, Troy left in the morning with his 5-year-old daughter and little boy but forgot to drop the toddler off at daycare after taking the girl to school.
He first discovered the deadly mistake after running errands and returning home later that afternoon.
"It was evident that he didn't realize that the child was in the backseat until he arrived home from Publix," Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told reporters. "He was taking the groceries out of the front passenger seat and immediately dropped the bags - there are groceries all over the driveway - and then went and took the child out of the car seat."
Although Troy immediately began performing CPR on the child until medical officials arrived, Bob said that the child's body temperature was already extremely high. "It was obvious that he had been dead for a while," Bob said. "As you can imagine, he was extremely upset - visibly upset."
It was estimated that the child was in the Chevrolet truck from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Troy was arrested and charged with aggravated manslaughter.

What the Half-Moon Shape on Your Nails Says About Your Health
We know you love to polish your tips, but when you finally remove the lacquer or gel, take a closer look at your bare nails. There, you'll find a white half-moon shape that starts at your nail beds. This is called the lunula. And it's more than just a built-in design element - it actually says a lot about your health. To get to the bottom of the case, we chatted with celebrity manicurist, Fashion Week pro, and brand owner Jin Soon Choi.
POPSUGAR: What is the lunula part of the nail?
Jin Soon Choi: The lunula is the light crescent marking on your nail where the nail emerges from the skin. It is part of the nail root, and most people have prominently visible lunula on their thumbnails and diminishing sizes to their pinky nails.
PS: What does it say about someone's health - both the lack of it or the presence of it?
JSC: The presence of eight to 10 milky white lunula indicates good health if the lunula edge is sharp and clear. I believe in the ancient Chinese view of the lunula as the barometer of one's health and the modern medicine ideas with regard to specific conditions. The condition of the lunula really is an indication of your health. When your health declines, it is manifested in changes to the lunula, or the disappearance of it altogether. And when your health is restored, your lunula returns to its original condition.
PS: Any advice on making your nails healthier in terms of diet or care?
JSC: Diet is very important - eat dark green vegetables, fish oils, and nuts. Also be sure to stay hydrated, both orally and topically.
PS: Anything else we should know about lunulas?
JSC: Make sure your manicurist doesn't ruin your lunula when pushing back the cuticles. Pushing very hard on the lunula with a cuticle pusher can cause damage, which will be evident when the nail grows out.
Legendary Makeup Artist Kevyn Aucoin to Be Memorialized in Documentary
If you talk to a makeup artist, beauty editor, or cosmetics brand founder about how they got started in the industry, chances are that at least one of them will cite Kevyn Aucoin as their inspiration. The legendary makeup artist was known for celebrating (and not covering up!) the natural beauty and complexions of his clients. Everyone from Gwyneth Paltrow and Janet Jackson to Naomi Campbell and Winona Ryder worked with Kevyn - and called him a friend.
Though he passed away in 2002 after battling a rare pituitary tumor, his influence lives on in his luxury eponymous cosmetics line, his three New York Times bestselling books, and now, through a documentary. The Hollywood Reporter exclusively reports that actress and former makeup artist Tiffany Bartok is directing Larger Than Life: The Kevyn Aucoin Story.
"I began my career in film as a makeup artist and I met Kevyn while he was filming an episode of Sex and the City," Bartok told The Hollywood Reporter. "I was a fan and his work greatly inspired my own. As a filmmaker, researching his personal and professional life, I became fascinated by its layers and complexities. And how strongly those around him were affected by the loss of him."
The film focuses not only on how Kevyn transformed the beauty industry in the '90s, but on his formative years in Louisiana as a young, openly gay man. Supermodels Christy Turlington Burns, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, and more will all be featured in the documentary. The movie is now in postproduction and being shopped around to buyers at the Toronto Film Festival.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves Make 1 Beautiful Pair in Toronto
Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves looked picture-perfect when they attended the premiere of his latest film, Sing, at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday. The couple, who got married back in June 2012, posed for a handful of sweet photos together as they hit the red carpet. Matthew looked dapper, per usual, in a gray suit, matching his green tie to the floral accents on Camila's gorgeous dress. Not only did the actor show off his love for Camila, but he also took some time to talk with his fans and fellow costars during the event.
8 Things You Need to Do Before Selling Your iPhone
Ready to trade in your old iPhone for the new one? Before you do, take a look at this checklist to make sure you've deleted all important data from your iPhone. Don't leave anything behind!
- Back up your iPhone.
- Remove photos from Camera Roll. Connect the device to your computer and open Image Capture or iPhoto. Select all photos and then click Import All. In iPhoto, choose to "delete photos from your iPhone" after importing. In Image Capture, if the "Delete Items After Downloading" option no longer appears, try this: turn off "Photos" in iCloud on your Mac and iPhone, then restart both devices, and you should see the delete button.
- Turn iMessage off. Open the Settings app > Messages > iMessage > switch to off.
- Turn FaceTime off. Open the Settings app > FaceTime > switch to off.
- Disable your iCloud account. Open the Settings app > iCloud > tap "Sign Out."
- Log out of Apple ID. Open the Settings app >App and iTunes Stores > tap Apple ID and sign out.
- Restore to factory settings. Open the Settings app > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
- Unregister your device at supportprofile.apple.com.
- Call your carrier and ask them to disassociate the device from your account.
An important tip! Whatever you do, don't manually delete contacts, photo streams, calendars, or reminders while logged in to your iCloud account. This will also delete the content from the iCloud servers and your iCloud-connected devices (like your iPad or laptop).
Another important tip! If your phone accidentally runs out of battery during the "restore to factory settings" step, use iTunes to erase data. Connect the device to your computer, then restore the backup. Connect your phone to power, go to Settings app > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings again.
OK, but seriously, this is the last important tip! You can erase your device remotely. If you set up Find My iPhone, sign into icloud.com/#find, then click on All Devices and select the phone you want to erase. In the info window, click "Erase iPhone." You'll need to enter your Apple ID password.
