When we saw Adrienne Bailon Houghton's wedding dress, we instantly turned into the heart eyes emoji. The actress and television personality wed gospel singer Israel Houghton in a romantic Paris ceremony last November, and they've been the cutest newlyweds ever since. But between her being a full-time host on The Real and planning a wedding, we couldn't help but wonder how Adrienne pulled it all together while keeping her cool and cheerful demeanor.
We caught up with the star, who partnered with Carefree for its #LinerUp campaign, aimed at making women feel their best each morning. During our chat, Adrienne shared that the first thing on her bridal to-do list was not the impressive dress she wore on her big day but to get her body in shape. So she enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Massy Arias and kicked some indulgent eating habits (we're looking at you, carbs and margaritas) to lose 21 pounds before her big day.
But it was more than just a physical transformation for Adrienne. In fact, she found that amid her wedding planning, working out eliminated the stress of planning the event, and she offers it as her number one piece of advice for prepping to walk down the aisle. "A lot of people can be super high strung when it comes to their wedding, and that really relieved a lot of stress. I did a lot of cardio, and that really helped. For the entire day, I would think about my wedding, but then you get into this class and it completely takes your mind off of things," she told us.
But though working out has its mental and physical benefits, Adrienne stressed that the ultimate key to the wedding of your dreams is not sweating the small stuff. "Just chill out. Don't overstress. The day will go the way it's supposed to go. Just remember why you're getting married, who you're getting married to, and what the actual meaning of marriage is. Yes, it will be a beautiful event, but it's not just about the event; you're getting married because you're in love with someone and plan to be with them for the rest of your life," and we couldn't agree more.

Charlize Theron's Oscars Dress Was Considered Too Sexy For TV in Iran
At the 2017 Academy Awards, Charlize Theron presented the category for best foreign language film while wearing a glimmering Dior gown with a deep neckline. Interestingly, the gown originally had a more revealing neckline when it made its debut during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, however, it was altered to look more modest for Charlize's appearance. The Iranian Labour News Agency, however, didn't think it was modest enough.
While airing the big show, producers at the agency decided to alter Charlize's dress using several shoddy techniques. When Charlize first announced the category alongside Shirley MacLaine, the ILNA censored her shoulders and chest using a blurry black drawing. They later covered her entire upper body using the more traditional gray censor box.
What's more, the agency also blurred out a sliver of skin shown by Anousheh Ansari, an engineer who accepted the award on behalf of the category's winner, Asghar Farhadi. She was wearing a gown with an asymmetrical neckline and a shawl.

Disneyland recently converted the Village Haus restaurant into the Red Rose Tavern as a temporary tribute to Beauty and the Beast. In addition to trying the "gray stuff," visitors had the option of purchasing a limited-edition Beauty and the Beast tumbler.
The cup looks just like the famous enchanted rose from the movie, and Disney-lovers went nuts for the adorable product. The tumbler is shaped like the glass jar Beast keeps his rose in and features a red rose within the cup. The tumbler even lights up, making the collector's item even more magical. Some theme park guests waited in line for hours to shell out $15 for one of the irresistible cups.

What It's About
Based on the bestselling book, the series follows a teenager named Clay Jensen who receives a series of cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, a classmate who recently committed suicide. On the tapes, she explains to her peers how they each played a role in her death, detailing the 13 reasons she took her own life.
Who's Starring?
Dylan Minnette (Don't Breathe) and newcomer Katherine Langford will play Clay Jensen and Hannah Baker, respectively. The 13-episode series will also star Kate Walsh, Derek Luke, Brandon Flynn, Alisha Boe, Christian Navarro, Justin Prentice, Amy Hargreaves, Miles Heizer, Devin Druid, and Ross Butler.
The Production Team
This has actually been a passion project of Gomez's for quite some time now, and she's an executive producer. Spotlight's Tom McCarthy directed the first two episodes and Brian Yorkey, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his work on Broadway's Next to Normal, wrote the script for season one.

A simple advertisement featuring children playing basketball is sweeping the internet and stealing its collective heart. When the boy in a wheelchair notices a basketball sitting on his front porch, he goes to find its owner and instead finds the boy he met before with all of his friends playing basketball - and they've all fashioned wheelchair-like seats to sit on while they play. The ad, which is for Canadian Tire, finishes with a simple statement, "When the best of us steps up, our nation stands a little taller."
Although this advertisement is Canadian, its message is 100 percent universal, and we're obsessed with it.

When the little girl went to class in her presidential attire, her ensemble did more than just channel Melania Trump at January's inauguration. The impressively similar look included the power blue slip dress, three-quarter-sleeve wrap jacket, matching shoes, gloves, and pearl earrings. The identity of the little girl isn't known, but the mini Melania completed her look with a Tiffany & Co inspired blue box and a sleek updo with a side part matching Melania's.

If you thought the jaw-dropping mix-up of La La Land and Moonlight for winner of best picture was the most insane thing that happened at the Oscars on Sunday night, you'd be wrong. Nicole Kidman sat front row with husband Keith Urban, where the cameras captured her clapping excitedly for each and every winner. That's when the internet realized that Nicole's clapping technique is . . . interesting, to say the least. Less like a human being and more like a robot running out of juice, her claps simultaneously entertained and horrified Twitter users, although someone helpfully pointed out that maybe Nicole was clapping that way because of the rings she was wearing (honestly, we're not convinced).

The New Beauty and the Beast Movie Will Have Disney's First "Exclusively Gay Moment"
After Disney's Frozen came out, fans pleaded with the Mouse House to #GiveElsaAGirlfriend in order to see LGBT representation in a Disney movie for the first time. Although there's no word yet on where Elsa's sexual orientation stands, it seems a different film will make history by featuring Disney's first openly LGBTQ character. In Attitude's April issue, Beauty and the Beast director Bill Condon confirmed that LeFou (played by Josh Gad) is gay. "LeFou is somebody who on one day wants to be Gaston and on another day wants to kiss Gaston (Luke Evans). He's confused about what he wants. It's somebody who's just realizing that he has these feelings," Condon said. "And Josh makes something really subtle and delicious out of it. And that's what has its payoff at the end, which I don't want to give away. But it is a nice, exclusively gay moment in a Disney movie."
As we've seen in the trailer and in the gorgeous photos from the movie, Gaston and LeFou are just as close in the live-action reboot as they are in the animated classic, and news of the nature of their relationship has already excited fans. After a Twitter user asked Gad to confirm the information since "this would mean a LOT to me, and gay kids everywhere," the actor replied, "Beyond proud of this." The film's leads, Dan Stevens and Emma Watson, also agreed that the entire movie is a metaphor for the struggles that a lot of LGBTQ people experience.
"It's about that sense of persecution," Stevens, who plays the Beast, said. "Belle is seen as a bit of a freak within her community, this girl who reads and invents things and is a bit too clever for the local establishment. And Beast is obviously persecuted because of his appearance." Watson, who also appears on Vanity Fair's latest cover, added that "it was really important" for the cast to "develop and understand why each of our characters feel as if they don't fit in. I certainly felt watching the original that I wanted to know more about why Belle feels that she's different and why she wants to be different and why she's naturally different." We didn't think it was humanly possibly to be more excited for Beauty and the Beast, but Disney has once again exceeded our expectations.

Woman Is Sharing Her $1,369.57 Miscarriage Bill to Show the Need For Affordable Healthcare
After losing her baby nine weeks into her pregnancy, the cost of a dilation and curettage procedure (D&C) was the last thing on Janie Faville's mind. However, after receiving a bill for $1,369.57 - despite the fact that she has what she considers to be "good health insurance" through her employer - Janie is sharing her experience in the hope that other women in the same situation will know that they're not alone.
"[The bill] wasn't something that necessarily blindsided me, but it was another thing to have to deal with as you're moving forward in your process of grief," Janie told Self. Although she was fortunate enough to set up a payment plan for her costs, she "kept thinking about people who are so financially strained that [the cost of a miscarriage] could make them lose their house or their apartment or their car or transportation. Or they would have to choose between that and food."
To illustrate how important the need for both affordable insurance and Planned Parenthood are, Janie shared a photo of her bill to Facebook on both her personal page and in the private Pantsuit Nation group. "Because people don't talk about it, I will," she captioned her photo. "This is how much a miscarriage costs with good insurance. THIS is why we need Planned Parenthood."
In a separate post to her personal Facebook, Janie shared the reach of her original post and mentioned how honored she is that she has been able to use her heartbreaking loss in a way that helps others.

"If we do repeal and replace the ACA, we need to keep the pieces of the ACA that make delivering a child - either a miscarriage or a live birth - affordable and realistic for women."

Dad's Viral Warning After Finding His Child Blue From Choking on a Tommee Tippee Pacifier
After discovering his baby girl turning blue from lack of oxygen, Earl Wilson is warning parents about the common baby product that almost killed his daughter.
Earl checked on his 18-month-old baby after hearing a muffled noise and discovered that she had her entire pacifier lodged in her mouth. "Beware, my daughter nearly choked on this Tommee Tippee soother yesterday morning. If it wasn't for my wife's quick thinking, I'd hate to think what would have happened," Earl shared on Facebook along with photos of the specific pacifier. "My daughter turned blue and Sam had to remove the teat from her throat."
Earl is hoping that his message not only makes an impression on other parents but also on Tommee Tippee because he fears that these pacifiers are too small for babies, especially after they fall asleep. "My main concern is it's an owl dummy (associated with night) so people will be using it at bed time," Earl wrote. "I don't think my daughter would be here now if this happened in the middle of the night."
A spokesperson for Tommee Tippee told Daily Mail that the company is investigating the situation:
