A Look Back at Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's Sweet Relationship
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony shocked the world with a kiss at the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards. Are they? Are they not? The speculation ran crazy on the internet, only increasing as E News! confirmed Marc's breakup from his wife of two years Shannon de Lima and Us Weekly reported Marc is looking to get J Lo back.
We're not jumping to conclusions - he did call her his sister at the award show and posted a series of fun Instagram photos to minimize the impact of the kiss. But . . . that doesn't mean we can't look back at some of their sweetest moments through the years, right? The friendly exes, and parents to 9-year-old twins Max and Emme, have always been close, collaborating in the studio and on stage and spending time together as much as possible. Scroll ahead to see what we mean by taking a walk down Marc and Jennifer's 11-year relationship.
The Chloé Bag That Stole Our Hearts Once Upon a Time
"Yes, please." That's what we think when we spot a Chloé handbag casually swinging off someone's shoulder on the street. Creative Director Clare Waight Keller has always had a knack for knowing where we want to pack our essentials. Her line is full of neutral styles, some designed with femininity in mind, like the iconic Drew, which features a dainty chain strap. Others, however, are for the bohemian babes; the Marcie and the Hudson are adorned with tassels.
But the Chloé Jane doesn't attract just one personality type, but multitudes with its colorful fringe and sleek, simple silhouette. We spotted the mini Jane all over NYFW when it first debuted. It's small, the type of bag you empty out your wallet for, carefully selecting the cards and few strips of gum you really need before heading out the door. But once you do, you're carefree, running around with the most lightweight, highly coveted accessory.
We're looking back on the allure of the Jane today as Clare Waight Keller's final collection for Chloé is revealed at Paris Fashion Week.
The Breastfeeding Lie: How Nursing Made Me Gain Weight
The day I got home from the hospital after delivering my healthy 8.5-pound baby, I stepped on the scale. I'd already dropped an easy 15 pounds postdelivery, and my prepregnancy skinny jeans seemed within reach.
Fast-forward eight months, and against all mitigated expectation, I've put on about 10 pounds. I am still wearing maternity clothes, and because the extra weight has moved from my stomach to my hips, many of those garments are stretching even more than they did when I was nine months along.
To blame for this surprising, disappointing weight gain? Breastfeeding.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a devoted proponent of breastfeeding - the benefits it has on the baby are innumerable - and I don't regret nursing. I'm still doing it and plan to for another few months at least. But I won't lie that I signed on to breastfeeding with an ulterior motive - that it would help shed those pounds by magically burning upwards of 700 calories every day you nurse.
When I was pregnant, everywhere I looked, moms were singing the praises of breastfeeding's figure-slimming virtues:
"I lost so much weight doing it!"
"The number on the scale began shrinking instantly!"
"The pounds just fell right off!"
"I could eat anything I wanted and I kept losing weight!"
And it wasn't just anecdotal. The message that breastfeeding was directly correlated with faster weight loss was propagated by my doctor, by the childbirth classes I took at the hospital, by every "baby's first year" book I read, and by the countless articles I'd scan online - even the ones in which some A-list celebrity shows up on a red carpet a month after having a baby and credits her flat abs to "just breastfeeding!" (I'm looking at you, Beyoncé.)
Whenever I read off a list of breastfeeding benefits for the mother, among reduced risk of breast cancer and diabetes, there was always, always a bullet point about weight loss.
So when I not only wasn't dropping pounds but piling them on, I thought something was wrong with me.
At a family gathering, I voiced my frustrations, which included lamenting over a week in which I worked hard to lose five pounds but simultaneously eradicated my milk supply. My brother, a postdoctoral researcher in metabolism, overheard my complaints and chimed in with a shocking revelation.
Turns out, I wasn't some outlier: breastfeeding actually doesn't help you lose weight.
Although it's true that the act of breastfeeding burns calories, in order to make the milk, your body requires energy in the form of, ahem, calories. So, contrary to popular opinion, women need to eat a few hundred extra calories a day to keep up. Helping ensure that that happens is prolactin, a hormone released during nursing that stimulates milk production by also stimulating hunger and, in some cases, suppressing the body's ability to metabolize. Not only that, but pregnant women's bodies automatically layer on extra fatty tissue - upwards of eight pounds - so they will have enough fat stores to begin breastfeeding.
Adding insult to injury, the reason my milk supply suffered during one week of rapid weight loss was because I wasn't taking in any extra calories, exercising vigorously, and skipping a meal or two - all things that can also release higher levels of toxins into the breast milk.
But then why do so many women seem to effortlessly lose weight while successfully breastfeeding? It's likely a lot of factors unrelated to nursing. Your prepregnancy fitness plays a key role as does the amount of weight you gain during pregnancy (I had gained 10 pounds more than the 25-pound cutoff my doctor recommended for me).
Also, moderate exercise, sleep, and low levels of stress help with metabolism - all things that were difficult to achieve when I was tied to a chair for up to five hours a day with a newborn baby.
The revelation that my brother clued me into - that my weight gain was likely because of, not despite, breastfeeding - wouldn't have changed my decision to nurse. Plus, he's assured me that it's entirely normal, and even my doctor confirms that once I stop breastfeeding, my ravenous hunger should subside, I'll have more time for sleep and exercise, and the pounds will start coming off.
Even still, I just wish all the experts out there would temper their guarantees that nursing will help postpartum women lose weight. Yes, I certainly could have eaten better, drank more fluids, gotten more rest, and taken more walks, but for an exhausted new mom, it would have been nice to know how vital those factors were to dropping pounds.
It would have been helpful to know how breastfeeding, as beneficial as it's proven to be, is not akin to some magic weight-loss pill.

The Ultimate Guide to Picking the Right Shade of Blond For You
Whether you're born with it or bottled, highlighted, balayaged, and/or single-processed, your blond hue is as individual as you are. My own blond (natural, until I was a teen) experience has proven that the money I spend on highlights I earn back in kind - in the form of free drinks. Yes, it's a commitment to time spent under sci-fi-looking dryers at the salon, and keeping split ends at bay becomes its own special project. But the upside is you're rumored to have more fun in exchange for all of the upkeep. Here, a guide to the spectrum of fierce flaxen shades, from platinum to bronde. Let it inspire your own hair makeover this season!

The Best and Worst Onscreen Versions of the Royal Family
The private life of the British royal family has been the subject of public interest for centuries, so it's only natural that Hollywood would try to capture some of the family's magic for both the big and small screens. Over the years, we've seen dozens of films and TV projects come out about the modern royal family (from King Edward VIII to the current young royals), but unfortunately, an overwhelming majority of them tend to be not so good. With the announcement that Ryan Murphy is dramatizing the tumultuous marriage of Prince Charles and Princess Diana for season two of Feud (titled Feud: Charles and Diana), it's time to document the best - and worst - of Hollywood's versions of the royal family. Read on to see the good, the bad, and the ugly.

8 Foolproof Ways to Get Better Skin This Year
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Benjamine Stone
Make 2017 the year you get a clean slate - and by that, we mean a flawless face and the perfect canvas for makeup. Here, we have rounded up the products POPSUGAR beauty editors truly love and exactly how we use them.
1. Eat your way to clear skin. Your skin is technically your largest organ, so if you're eating something that is making it inflamed, it will show via acne, redness, or other irritations. Following a clean, balanced diet (like this one!) can change everything from your face's texture to the appearance (or disappearance) of fine lines and pimples.
2. Sleep on a silk pillowcase. Not only will it make your blow-dry last longer, but it also helps reduce the chance of forming wrinkles. Since your face is less smushed and roughed up by a scratchy pillowcase, everything stays smoother for those hours of slumber. Try Slip Silk Pillowcase ($79) - Jen Atkin is a fan!
3. Use face oil. It doesn't matter if you have oily skin, because oil fights oil. And if you have dry skin, even better. Choose a face oil that feels and smells amazing to you (we like this holistic one from Tata Harper ($48)), and make it part of your nightly routine. The aromatherapy benefits are just a bonus.
4. Speaking of oil, try double cleansing. This ritual is the best way to ensure you go to bed with a clean yet hydrated face. Start by massaging a cleansing oil, such as Shu Uemura Anti-Oxi Cleansing Oil ($77), into dry skin. Add water and rise. Follow with a milky face wash, such as Chanel Lait Confort Creamy Cleansing Milk ($45). After, your skin will feel like butter, and there will be zero traces of smudged eyeliner or mascara.
5. Do a Korean beauty eye mask. K-beauty innovations tend to be ahead of the curve when it comes to unique textures - like gels or under-eye patches. We tested six of them to report back on the ones that actually work. Find the best one for you as well as concealer, and start loving your eye area again.
6. Try an at-home peel. One of the most effective ways to get rid of dull skin is a glycolic peel. There is no actual peeling involved. It's more like a clear "mask" that stings a bit, and then you wash it off. These are often done during facials, but as long as you test the product on a place like your arm to make sure you are not allergic, they are safe to do while you're watching Netflix in sweats. We like these Cane and Austin peel pads, which instantly give you a smoother face.
7. Wear SPF every day, even in the Winter. But actually do it! UV rays make skin more sensitive, according to top NYC dermatologist Dr. Amy Wechsler. And the sun can damage your skin, even when it's cold outside. Protect your skin now, and it will age better. Try Tatcha Pore Perfecting Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 35 ($68), which doesn't have that telltale sunscreen scent and acts like a primer for makeup.
8. Stop picking your face! You are likely getting scars, and we bet this was also your resolution last year. Make it work in 2017 by following this guide, which breaks down the psychology behind why we pick our faces and offers actionable techniques on how to stop. Now, back away from that magnifying mirror.

Kate Middleton Has Something That No Other British Royal Bride Does
We've learned quite a bit about Kate Middleton since she officially joined the royal family in 2011, and getting to see her many milestones as the Duchess of Cambridge has been a real delight. Even though her new life as a duchess has afforded her the same opulent jewels, lavish living quarters, and frequent public appearances as everyone else, there's one thing Kate has that none of the other women in the family do: a college education.
When Kate and William met in 2001, they were both students at University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland. They graduated in 2005, William with a master's in geography and Kate with a master's degree (with honors) in art history - making her the UK's first royal bride with a university degree. If Kate becomes queen, she will also be the first ever to have attended college.

Though she didn't attend college, current monarch Queen Elizabeth II's education is nothing to sneeze at. She was essentially homeschooled but had the cream of the crop when it came to teachers. After she became heir to the throne in 1936, she studied constitutional history and law with Eton College Vice Provost Henry Marten. She also learned French, music, and literature from a personal governess and took lessons in religion from the Archbishop of Canterbury. When she was 18, she joined the Women's Auxiliary Territorial Service during World War II, training as a mechanic and driver.

The Adorable Reason This 4-Year-Old Boy Ran Away From His Competitor at a Wrestling Match
What 4-year-old Isaiah Lineberry from Pennsylvania did at his first-ever wrestling tournament made everyone in the stands laugh out loud - literally. In the 53-second clip uploaded by his mother, Alexis Salyers, Isaiah can be seen shaking hands with his competitor, who just so happens to be a girl. As soon as the referee blows the whistle for the wrestling match to begin, Isaiah takes off running away from the girl, not once, but twice as she chases after him.
Isaiah's mother, Alexis, told ABC News that she asked him why he ran away after the match. "And he said, 'I don't know, Mommy, but it was silly.'" The proud mom also revealed that Isaiah may have just caught a case of cold feet after being intimidated by size difference between himself and the girl, who was 5 years old at the time. "He's wrestled in several tournaments since then and has been in the top four placements in them," she shared. "It was just that one fluke match."
Isaiah's adorable reaction has won over hearts all across social media. "Keep running kiddo. We're nothing but trouble," one woman wrote in the comment section after the video was posted on Facebook. Watch it for yourself in the clip above.

Do the New Vanilla Cupcake M&M's Taste as Good as They Sound? Let's Discuss
We basically had a meltdown when we learned Vanilla Cupcake M&M's were the latest limited-edition flavor available at Target, so we had high expectations when we got our hands on a purple bag. Would they really taste like a cupcake? And would they be even better than the last stellar flavor, White Cheesecake M&M's? Read ahead to see some firsthand reviews from M&M's enthusiasts in the POPSUGAR office.
- "They taste like Baskin Robbins frosting!"
- "Too sweet - yuck."
- "They really do have a vanilla flavor."
- "VERY sweet. A little overpowering but good for a frosting craving."
Overall, we have to say we prefer the White Cheesecake flavor, as the cupcake flavoring is a little artificial (but hey, the package warned us of that, didn't it?). While we might not want to snack on a whole bag of these on their own, we have a feeling they would go perfectly as the pastel topping to an actual vanilla frosted cupcake.
If You Loved Watching Daria as an Angsty Teen, You Should Watch It as a Jaded Adult
Image Source: MTV / Everett Collection
Of all the TV shows and movies turning 20 this year, Daria might be the one I'm having an especially hard time with. I was obsessed with the show growing up - I was just 12 when it premiered - and it reminds me of a time before Teen Mom and Teen Wolf, when you could watch shows like The Real World and Singled Out between a string of actual music videos. I could close my bedroom door, settle into my beanbag chair, and spend my evening chuckling at sarcastic, biting one-liners while I probably should have been doing my homework.
So, there was Daria. The show was a spinoff of MTV's other massive hit cartoon Beavis and Butt-Head, in which she appeared as a running character. It followed Daria Morgendorffer and her family's move to Lawndale, where the 16-year-old would begin her sophomore year in high school. In a 1999 New York Times article, Daria was described as "a blend of Dorothy Parker, Fran Lebowitz and Janeane Garofalo, wearing Carrie Donovan's glasses." She's the opposite of her little sister, Quinn, who also happens to be her nemesis; she's not cute, perky, or popular and she doesn't care about being any of the three. Daria's coolness comes from having no interest in being cool.
Which Daria Character Are You?
Daria's sardonic and cynical personality appears to make her difficult to get along with, but she quickly makes a best friend in the equally acerbic Jane Lane. Their shared negative outlook and constant criticism of the (idiotic) people around them made me really happy; like, no matter how pessimistic I am, I'll still have at least one friend, right? Daria was important for me as a teenager because it showed me that there's more than one way to get through high school. You don't have to be the pretty, perfect cheerleader or the jock or even the class clown. You can essentially fly under the radar a little, say what's actually on your mind, read The Bell Jar at lunch, and reject the idea of pretending to be happy just to please others. At a time when my self-doubt was running as high as my hormones, Daria grounded me a little. It also introduced me to awesome alt-rock and my first cartoon crush, Trent Lane (swoon).
We're all a little like Daria Morgendorffer, even if it's deep down. A couple of years ago, I came across an old story about the show and decided to rewatch it as the sarcastic, cynical, pessimistic adult I am now. If you're like me and would like to go 20 years back in time and enjoy strong female lead character who did her own thing, whose flaws and insecurities may have mirrored your own long before Liz Lemon's, here's where and how you can enjoy Daria right now.
- Amazon Prime: Buy all five seasons of Daria, as well as the Is It Fall Yet? movie special with a Prime Video membership.
- MTV.com: All five seasons of the show are available to watch for free on MTV.com when you log in with your cable provider info.
- iTunes: You can purchase episodes or full seasons via the iTunes store.
- YouTube: Each episode from all five seasons is available for $2 or with a season pass on YouTube.

You'll Love the Story Behind Emma Watson's Latest Sustainable Gown
Emma Watson took on the green carpet challenge back in 2015, committing to wearing only ethically made clothing. Back then, she and her stylist Sarah Slutsky would break down each element of her outfit, from dainty jewels to pumps, detailing where every item came from on Instagram. But Emma's taking things one step further as she promotes Beauty and the Beast on the film's press tour, which started in Paris.
Emma created a new account called @the_press_tour, where she'll be sharing sketches of her looks, all-angle videos, and lengthy captions that credit the team who crafted her pieces. Many of the designers she's tapping, like Stella McCartney, have been on board with using recycled materials for years. Emma's dresses and jumpsuits are "verified green" by Eco-Age, a company that promotes sustainability through core principles that include matters of pollution, labor work, and fabric resourcing.
Scroll to get a look at everything Emma's worn so far - including this Elie Saab Haute Couture cape dress crafted from leftover material, a bespoke Emilia Wickstead gown, a blue cutout number by Louis Vuitton, and a straight-off-the-runway Oscar de la Renta jumpsuit - then hold out for her next ensemble, which will cater to both her smart standards and sophisticated sense of style.
Giada De Laurentiis Reveals the 1 Surprising Ingredient She Adds to Pasta
Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis is known for celebrating her Italian heritage through her cooking. So naturally, she was the perfect woman to host the New York Wine and Food Festival's Italian Table event in New York City.

I caught up with her inside the Giada Vegas booth to chat about pasta, the importance of learning how to cook "lemon spaghetti" (which somehow sounds so much more enticing when she says it with her Italian accent), and the basic supplies to keep stocked for quality Italian fare. Giada's booth was swarmed with crowds all night long, where she was busy personally handing out her delicious muffuletta sandwich to throngs of devoted fans. Seriously, I'll be thinking about that sandwich for at least the rest of the week.

"I do brown rice, with olive oil and salt. I like a carb for breakfast, and I like a savory breakfast. If you start your day with sugar, you're jacked for the rest of the day. I get up really early in the morning, so I need a carbohydrate. So I'll do 1/4 cup of brown rice, with warm olive oil and salt. At my restaurant I do oatmeal, olive oil, salt, and marcona almonds for protein."
How Does Jack Die on This Is Us? 8 Heartbreaking Theories
Warning: potential spoilers ahead.
This Is Us has been filled with sad moments this season, including William's heartbreaking death this week, but the most shocking twist had to be the revelation that Milo Ventimiglia's character Jack is no longer alive in present day. Since the news broke, we have been racking our brains trying to figure out how it all goes down, and during a recent episode, we finally got some closure. As Kate takes part in a drum-therapy class at an adult weight-loss camp, she recounts heartbreaking memories from her past, including her father's funeral. While the clip offers that the kids were teenagers, it still doesn't exactly answer how Jack dies. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the show comes full-circle by having him die on their shared birthday. There are a few theories about his cause of death, and we've gathered the most intriguing here.
1. Alcoholism
Even though Jack seems to have kicked his alcoholism, it may have still taken a toll on his health. It's possible that all that drinking leads to heart problems or increases his risk of developing cancer. We don't even want to think about that.
2. Heart Attack
Kate is so distraught over Toby's heart surgery, and while obviously any person would be, the storyline might have been backwards foreshadowing that her father also suffered from a heart condition.
3. Exhaustion
Now that Rebecca's music career has caused strife with her marriage, we're worried that Jack will die while she is away on tour. Perhaps the stress of balancing his work and personal life will prove to be too much and wear him down. The added exhaustion could lead to a number of health complications, resulting in his untimely death.
4. Plane Crash
Hold onto your seat, because this theory is a doozy. Some fans seem to think that Jack actually dies during the 9/11 terrorists attacks. Tumblr user just-an-outlaw pointed out that both Kate and Kevin seem to have a fear of flying, and that Kevin threw away his model airplanes after his dad's death - and that's not the only connection. Randall lives in New Jersey and Rebecca seems to live nearby. Perhaps the family moved to city sometime around 2001? While the details certainly make sense, the only problem is that the kids would have been in their early 20s, and the flashback suggests that they are a bit younger when Jack dies.
5. Car Crash
On the note of life-altering accidents, what if Jack dies in a car crash and Kate is with him? Out of the Big Three, it seems like Kate is the most affected by her father's death. Not only does she have his urn in her house, but she got pretty emotional when she remembered his funeral during camp. In the episode "Memphis" we also couldn't help but notice how the camera spent a few extra seconds focused on the tree where some of Jack's ashes were sprinkled. Is it possible that he hit that exact tree during his accident?
6. He Goes Missing
When we spoke with Justin Hartley recently, he revealed that one of the craziest theories he's heard so far is that Jack actually goes into hiding and dies as a missing person. While we would love to believe that Jack is still alive, he immediately dismissed the idea.
7. Miguel Kills Him
OK, OK, this one is out there. Miguel probably isn't a murderer, but what if Miguel accidentally kills him? And that's why Kevin doesn't like him; not because Miguel marries Rebecca. Jon Huertas dispelled this theory in an interview with E!, saying, "What kind of show are you watching? This isn't some murder mystery!" But we're still not convinced that he doesn't have something to do with the death.
8. House Fire
Even though we're slowly starting to starting to like Miguel, we can't wrap our minds around how Rebecca would marry her husband's best friend. Unless, of course, there is a tragic event that brings them together. Reddit user AFriendlyInternetGuy suggested that Jack might actually die a hero by trying to save Miguel in a house fire. It would definitely explain why the latter's family is never mentioned in present day and why the kids hold a bit of resentment.
Alas, it seems like we may not be getting answers right away, as the show's creator, Dan Fogelman, told Entertainment Weekly that the how for Jack's death is going to take much longer to reveal. "By the end of the season, you're going to know a lot of the details of the how and the ramifications of it," he said. "In terms of the detail of how he died, was it illness? Was it something tragic? Was it something else? You're not going to know that for a little bit because we want to show that in the show. So that's going to take a minute." Thankfully, the series has two more seasons to tell Jack and the rest of the Pearson family's story.

Every Win La La Land Scored During the 2017 Award Season
La La Land made history in January, breaking the record for most Golden Globes won by a single film after snagging all seven of the awards it was nominated for. In January, the spectacular film was nominated for 14 Academy Awards, tying with All About Eve and Titanic for the most nominations of all time. Unfortunately, come the big show on Feb. 26, it didn't break records for most Oscars won, but it did take home quite a few. (Just, uh, not best picture.) Now that award season has officially wrapped, take a look at how many wins (and nominations) La La Land scored.

Are Your Workouts Too Intense? The Pros and Cons of HIIT
Is there such a thing as too much HIIT? Can you go too hard? Billy Polson, founder of DIAKADI and CSCS, thinks so.
Why? He says it can mess with building muscle and metabolism. "Extreme cardio workouts like 60-minute Spin classes or high-heart-rate-only boot camps are often too much cardio for the body to allow for effective body fat reduction," Billy said. "This intensive volume of cardio will often cause your body to stall its fat reduction, instead reducing your muscle mass and slowing your metabolism."
But . . . does that mean we have to skip our favorite classes? We're not quite ready to let go! Especially because we always feel so good from that endorphin rush and the energy in the room. "I know these classes can be great fun with the high of pushing your body to the limit and the inspiration of the group around you, but I recommend a maximum of only one of these a week," Billy said.
Let's say that we want to keep going to our favorite HIIT classes - but want to avoid the risk of losing muscle from too much cardio. To get another perspective on this, we asked personal trainer and Barry's Bootcamp instructor Erica Stenz for her thoughts, and she agrees that you can do too much HIIT, but there are ways to keep yourself safe.
"As with anything in excess, too much of HIIT training every week can be more detrimental than positive for sure," Erica told POPSUGAR. "But it all depends on your duration, your recovery - like stretching and foam rolling - your nutrition, and your body!"
She recommends HIIT more than once a week, crediting improved muscle memory as not only a benefit of your consistency but also a way to stay safe. "It's important to condition your body for multiple days of high-intensity training every week - that's the main reason why I recommend my clients take at least two to three Barry's classes a week, versus once a week or only once in a while. You will gain muscle memory and strength to prevent you from injuring yourself."
Equinox trainer Kyle Panela says if you're into this kind of group fitness, it's imperative to have a strong base before getting into fast-paced classes. "Stamina, coordination, mobility, strength, and form are all factors that should be determined before jumping into a class," he said, noting that without any prior experience, you could get hurt (hence why Barry's Bootcamp is listed on ClassPass as "Advanced" - they're not kidding!).
Kyle recommends doing a little homework before trying a new class. Is the class advanced? Do you have the strength and skill set to take on this challenge, or do you need a little more practice and fine-tuning? What can you do to prepare? "You should definitely research or even watch the class before you sign up for it," he said. "It's crucial to gain knowledge of certain movement patterns through strength training - hip hinges, scapular retraction, proper squats, and good thoracic, shoulder, hip, and knee mobility - before doing more dynamic or complex movements."
And that way, no matter what schedule you set up for yourself - Billy's recommended one class per week, or Erica's two to three - you're physically prepared to have a safe, fun, effective workout and reap the benefits of the endorphin rush and "high."
Back to Billy's warning of muscle loss: Erica believes this all comes down to nutrition. "For people who are worried about muscle loss in HIIT, I recommend taking a BCAA supplement before their workout to prevent muscle loss, and also drinking a carb-and-protein-packed shake within 30 minutes after the workout [to help with muscle recovery]." She says the best way to achieve your desired results with HIIT training is "with the right balance of nutrition and body maintenance (like stretching, foam rolling, massages, etc)."
Billy maintains that if your goal is weight loss, "Twenty minutes of interval [training], only two days a week is much better for assisting with fat reduction." He understands that it might seem counter-intuitive to what you've been taught: "For many, this idea of reducing cardio to lose fat is a very scary step to try, as most of us are still following the old philosophy that cardio is the best way to burn fat."
If you're still apprehensive, Billy says to give yourself a two-week trial away from your typical cardio schedule. "Do a prior weigh-in and measurements (body fat test included). Then take two full weeks where you nail your nutrition perfectly and remove all endurance cardio sessions that are over 20 minutes long, only doing two 20-minute cardio sessions and four strength-training sessions each week."
He admitted that it might not work for everyone, as everyone's body is different. "Worst-case scenario, you can go right back to your old routine after two weeks if this doesn't work. But trust me, you will see better results."
Our suggestion? Try both. Like we said - everyone's body is different. There's no cookie-cutter plan for everyone. It's also important to note that not everyone's goal is weight loss; in fact, many women are working out to improve their mental health, build endurance and strength, and even socialize. As long as you're listening to your body, staying safe, and consulting with a doctor (and even your trainer), then try these different methods to see what works best for you.

The First and Last Lines of the Harry Potter Books Will Send You on a Roller Coaster of Emotions
The witches and wizards in the world of Harry Potter came a LONG way over the course of seven novels. If you're a hardcore fan, then it probably felt a bit like it was your own journey as well. Rereading the first line of The Sorcerer's Stone and the last line of The Deathly Hallows back to back will make you feel so many things. It's bittersweet, it's funny, it's nostalgic, and it will definitely make you smile. Or cry. Or both.
We put together the first and last sentences of all the books, and they'll remind you of everything, good and bad, that your favorite characters made it through (or didn't make it through; still not OK about the whole Fred thing, Rowling). Yet still, in the end, all was well.
Why 1 Handbag Is No Longer Enough
Last season, we were tightening our handbag straps, lifting them to chest level to make a statement. But for Fall 2017, we're seeing a new trend take hold. From the runways to the street, bag layering is the name of the game. Whether it's by affixing a change purse to a larger satchel or simply coordinating two different totes, more is definitely more.
In Milan, Gucci debuted a new connector strap which hooks together three different pouches. The following day, Fendi revealed the new Run Away double-handle bag, along with a classic "F" key fob that comes with an accordion of clutches. Finally, Lanvin made a case for swinging two crossbodies around the shoulder in Paris. While we'll have to wait until next season to get our hands on those designs, a scroll through some IRL inspiration will leave you full of ideas for mastering the look.
Aside from its obvious allure - this is an easy way to add an extra dash of color and extra dimension to your outfit - the move allows for better organization, too. Credit cards in the tiniest compartment, phone or iPad in the largest - and you can say goodbye to that worn-out canvas tote. Ahead, we have some quick tips for bag layering and our shopping picks to help you accomplish the task at hand.
