Paul Wesley and Phoebe Tonkin Hold Hands After Their Breakup
Are Paul Wesley and Phoebe Tonkin giving their love another try? After calling off their four-year relationship in early March, the two were spotted holding hands in LA on Sunday. The former Vampire Diaries costars looked quite cozy as they strolled through the farmer's market together. While Phoebe donned a navy sweater dress, Paul kept things casual in a gray shirt, dark jeans, and a light jacket. While it isn't clear if they've resumed their relationship, an E! News source did add that they are "still good friends" after their split. Perhaps it was just an outing between amicable exes that involved slight PDA?

Britney Spears Looks Smitten While Attending a Fashion Show With Her New Man
Britney Spears knows how to work, b*tch, but sometimes she just wants to sit on the sidelines and let other people strut their stuff. The singer was all smiles when she attended designer Michael Costello's Art Hearts fashion show in LA on Thursday with her new boyfriend, Sam Asghari. The two, who first met when Sam starred in her steamy "Slumber Party" music video last year, were there to cheer on his little sister, Faye, who was a model walking in the show. Britney looked gorgeous in a lacy black dress and matching heels, while Sam looked handsome in white jeans and a button-down shirt. This also isn't the first time Britney has shown off her new romance. She's posted a few sweet photos of her and Sam on Instagram in recent weeks, including a few celebrating her "baby's birthday" on March 3.

13 Ways to Refresh Your Florals For Spring
Remember the scene in The Devil Wears Prada where Miranda Priestly deadpans, "Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking"? While we don't necessarily agree with that statement 100 percent (hey, when better to wear colorful floral prints?), they can get a little repetitive and feel worn out. A great alternative to this dilemma? Vacation prints - think palm tree leaves, beachy stripes, and fun prints like flamingos.
Since vacations are meant to put you in a relaxed state of mind, we say your wardrobe should say the same thing, too. Leave the form-fitting dresses and flowery prints at home and update your wardrobe with these 13 pieces that say you're out of office, even if you're not actually lounging at a resort.

Adriana Lima's DIY Avocado Hair Treatment Hack Is the Key to Shiny Hair
Brazilian-born Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima is known for her keen ability to own virtually any runway she walks, and after her appearances during Spring '17 Fashion Month, the 35-year-old model's mega talents are clearer than ever.
If you're curious about how Adriana stays looking so flawless amid her hectic schedule, you needn't look any further than her recent interview with Into the Gloss. In it, she gets real about everything from her hometown to her career and even her beauty favorites (she keeps how many lipsticks in her bag?!). Keep scrolling to read snippets of what Adriana had to say before you read the full thing.
- On Brazilian hair hacks: "We'd take our conditioner or hair mask and mix it with avocado and put that in our hair for a treatment. It leaves your hair super shiny. I'm not joking! And avocado doesn't have a strong scent, so you won't smell funny."
- On her lipstick obsession: "I carry three lipsticks in my bag at all times - I love Color Sensational Clay Crush, it's an earthy tone, but really sexy. Then I have a pinkier-nude one that's not out yet, and Siren in Scarlet is my red."
- On why she loves perfume: "You know what? I'm the type of person that has a strong personality, and I like to be noticed, in a good way. There are things you can do to be noticed and not forgotten, and wearing perfume is one of those things."
- On her favorite workout: "I've been boxing since I was 19 years old. For me, it's great zen time. Some people find that in yoga or meditation, but when I'm boxing, I'm not in my head. That's why I love it. It's also great for my skin and hair because I sweat so much, which gets the circulation going."
- On modeling: "I see modeling as a job, not as an opportunity to appear places and be a celebrity. I see it as a career like any other career, and I want to work with kind people, people with values. Now I'm at a time in my life where I'm representing more mature women. And I think women age so beautifully, and that's why I plan on modeling for as long as I can, because I want to show them - the world, the business - that a mature woman can be a model and be beautiful."

The Secret to Nailing Reese Witherspoon's Style
Reese Witherspoon's street style outfits are so bright, they'll put a smile on your face. So it's no surprise that the star refuses to sell any bit of black on her lifestyle site, Draper James. "People wear black to funerals. I didn't wear black at all when I was young and was only allowed to buy my first pair of black pants when I was 15. . . . We don't do black. Our black is navy," Reese told Washington Square Journal.
So, what's the key to the star's sweet Southern-girl look, which gets translated to her well-curated shopping pages? "We emphasize coordination of different pieces for a pulled together look. Matching items, like matching your shoes to your handbag, is not a bad thing in the South. It's a return to pretty clothes. We also do a lot with bright colors and patterns."
Read on to see how Reese has maintained her fashion mantra through her own wardrobe, nixing boring old black for vibrant pumps and contrasting her loud florals with a trusty midnight blue. One scroll through her most recent looks, and you'll have every reason to dress in color, so don't forget to shop her basics below!

See Why This Dad's Funny Dig at Common Core Math Is Going Viral
We laughed - real hard - when Stephen Colbert took on Common Core math and scratched our heads when a teacher tried to explain a Common Core math problem. But what happens when a parent gets frustrated over the process?
One Ohio dad decided to make a point when writing out a donation check to his child's school. In a photo that is going viral on Twitter, you can see that rather than simply filling out the check, the father used longform Common Core standards in the blank spaces, leaving the school and the bank to figure out the problem for themselves:
Parents fed up with Common Core math roasted it with a hilarious check you have to see http://t.co/kRYkDgBYfO http://pic.twitter.com/1YHSy3UdGf

I don't know about you, but I'm stumped. I plan to ask my fourth grader to explain it to me tonight, and in the meantime, I hope the bank tellers went to school in the past five years, because otherwise, I'm not so sure this school will be getting their donation anytime soon!

This Is the Stupidest Mistake You Can Make at Trader Joe's
It's hard to go wrong at Trader Joe's with so many solid and affordable options, but there is one mistake you could be making without even realizing it. If you're not asking to try products before you buy them, you could end up wasting a lot of money on groceries in the long run. Yep, that's right - Trader Joe's has a "try before you buy" policy! In addition to its generous return policy, the store has a policy that allows customers to try just about anything that they're unsure about buying. This includes snacks, produce, and ready-made foods like salads, sushi, and cheese.
I spoke to an employee at my local store and he confirmed that the only foods not included are raw or frozen foods (that require cooking) and alcohol (of course). This is not to say that you should be the annoying person who asks to try 20 things every time you shop there, but it means you should totally ask an employee to open up any new Trader Joe's products you're eyeing, like dark chocolate mango sorbet bon bons or sweet sriracha bacon jerky. It's not likely that your bill will be superhigh anyway, but this is another way to save money at Trader Joe's, and honestly, it's just another reason to love the store.
10 Too-Real Struggles Latinas Trying to Lose Weight Will Understand
Let me preface this by saying that, in general, losing weight is no easy feat. Add Latin culture - deliciously salty and carb-filled food, family members who don't understand dieting, often unrealistic body and beauty standards - into the mix, and it can feel like an uphill battle that arroz con pollo and asados are endlessly trying to derail.
Know the feeling? Read on for the totally real struggles I've faced in my own personal weight loss/maintenance/just-trying-to-be-healthier journey as a Panamanian American with very persistent relatives, and a deep love for tacos. Then, take a scroll through some delightful guilt-free recipes.

Does Your Husband "Owe" You a Vasectomy?
About a minute after the prenatal check-up where my doctor suggested I have a second C-section, I suggested she go ahead and tie my tubes while she was in there. It wasn't something I debated too much, maybe because my mom had a tubal ligation after she delivered her second child via C-section over 30 years before and still said it was no big deal, maybe because I wanted to control my reproductive life, and very possibly because my husband had made it very known that, considering I was already going through a surgery where sterilization could just be a fun add-on, a vasectomy was out of the question.
And so, after I delivered my son three years ago, my husband went with him to recovery while I stayed in the O.R. by myself (minus the team of two doctors and a handful of nurses) for about another 20 minutes, where they officially closed down my baby-making parts, then wheeled me in to see my newborn. That, ladies, is efficiency.
For me, it was very easy (I realize that's not always the case), didn't add any recovery time to my C-section, and has been complication-free ever since. Which is why I'm always surprised when my friends have C-sections knowing they are delivering their last baby and don't opt for a tubal ligation.
Initially, I figured each of these friends - and there have been at least five - weren't totally sure that they were done having kids. Sure, they were getting older and more tired and more realistic about the burdens another child would place on their families, but maybe, just maybe, they wanted one more and weren't admitting it to me, or maybe even to themselves. But after much questioning, to the point of being annoying about it, I figured out that another potential baby wasn't really the motivation at all. The real truth? They thought that their husbands owed them a vasectomy.
It might not be the most charitable thought, but it makes sense. After two, three, four pregnancies full of discomfort, raging hormones, and medical complications followed by the same number of major surgeries to deliver those babies, the challenges of recovery, losing the baby weight, and breastfeeding, these women were ready to hand over the reproductive responsibilities to their husbands. They were done being poked, prodded, and physically invaded. They had gestated and given birth to the babies; their husbands could be in charge of making sure that work was done.
They had gestated and given birth to the babies; their husbands could be in charge of making sure that work was done.
Some of their husbands were totally on board, making appointments before my friends even delivered their last children. But not surprisingly, some are still nagging their husbands to get it done years later. I'm pretty sure I would have been in the latter category, as I still have to remind my husband to take the trash out every week. If he conveniently blocks out that fairly innocuous task, can you imagine the mental block he'd put around any medical procedure involving his most favorite body part?! He'd probably try to get me pregnant again just to give me another shot at tubal ligation.
In my mind, the question of whether our husbands actually do "owe" us all a vasectomy is moot. Of course they do. Simply compare the amount of work they have to do in order to have a baby to ours. It's a laughable injustice. But, for me, it was one more example of so many things I've decided were easier to do myself rather than to nag my husband about. The trash he can handle. Leave the sterilization to me.

I Stopped Shaving My Arms After Nearly a Decade, and Here's What Happened
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Glen Giffen
I've never liked arm hair. I don't know a lot of women who do feel strong positive feelings toward the peach fuzz on their arms, but I especially despised mine. It's not that it was dark or thick even - it just seemed . . . noticeable. When I looked at the arms of my peers, it appeared normal, not at all like guys would see it and think you were a large chimpanzee. Mine, on the other hand, seemed like translucent, caramel-colored sleeves.
It never actually occurred to me to do anything about it until I got to college. While routinely analyzing a fellow student's arms, I realized that she had no hair - like absolutely not even a wisp. It was shocking to me; what was her secret? She happily told me that she shaves her arms, and I was aghast. This is an option? It's a thing people do? The answer is yes, and though she warned me that she wished she had never started, I promptly shaved my arms in the dorm showers later that day. I was so impressed by my silky-smooth skin that I made my roommate stroke my arms. I proudly sported tank tops, free of the worry that someone may be as disgusted by my arm hair as I was. I was hooked.
Related: I Am a Woman, and I Shave My Face
The first thing you should know about shaving your arms is that it's a commitment. For the next several years, it became habitual. I shaved them more often than I shaved my legs. After all, if someone brushes against your unshaved legs, it's pretty normal. If someone accidentally touches your prickly arms, well, that's pretty weird. You also have to be very prudent about moisturizing. You'll find that if you don't shave them, wearing long-sleeved shirts can be a very itchy affair. You'll find that your concern over people noticing your unusually hairy arms may be replaced by anxiety that they'll notice your strangely hairless arms.
Around year five, I started wondering if I would shave my arms for the rest of my life. Growing out the hair seemed like an uncomfortable process, but what would happen when I had kids and I didn't have an extra five minutes in the shower to spend on superficial primping? What would I do then? I decided to get a jump on it.
Related: Lasering Off My Mustache Was Worth Every Penny
I stopped shaving my arms two months ago, nine years after I started. While it was nerve-racking, it was also unexpectedly freeing. My showers felt shorter; it was really just one less thing to do. I stared at my arms intently each day, waiting for my hair to return to the way it used to be, but here's the weird part: it didn't. I can't say for sure if it's my body that changed or my perspective, but my arm hair is shockingly normal. It's not longer or the freakish coat of fur that I remember. It's just plain-old arm hair. Not only do I not regret quitting shaving, I'm so, so happy I did.
The bottom line is that no woman (or man) should feel weird about their arm hair. But if you do and you're considering shaving your arms, take this experience into consideration before you take the plunge.

One Look at This Snap and You'll Agree Emily Ratajkowski Is a Bikini Styling Wizard
Posing in the sand in some picture-perfect setting has become almost routine for Emily Ratajkowski, which means this girl knows her way around a bikini (and we've seen most of them on Instagram). This time the supermodel popped up on the beach in Mexico with a skimpy triangle bikini that's subtly on-trend, thanks to the khaki-green hue. Instead of bold prints and cutouts, Emily's signature swimsuit style, like this one, relies on a sexy fit and one eye-catching add-on.
Even when Emily strips down to her swimwear, she remembers her accessories, adding a body chain or a couple of delicate necklaces layered up for cool-girl effect. This time the combo is particularly on-point, thanks to the complementary olive green and gold colors at play. Kinda genius. Now, besides wanting a beach vacation, we're working out our Spring shopping list, and this bikini just flew to the top of it (to be worn with all of our dainty gold jewels, of course). Read on to see the look in full and shop similar options.

Beauty and the Beast Reveals a Dark Truth About Belle's Childhood
Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast is here! Going into the reimagining of the 1993 classic, it's hard not to wonder how the new film is different. Perhaps one of the most striking additions to the 2017 version is a new enchanted object. It's a magical book that will take Belle and the Beast anywhere in the world. The Beast calls it the Enchantress's cruelest joke, because his ghastly appearance would prevent him from showing his face in public. Basically, he could go anywhere, but he's trapped by his own ugliness. (Wow, been there.) With the introduction of this object, we finally get a huge piece that's missing from the fairy tale: Belle's backstory.
Based on earlier conversations with her father, Maurice, we know Belle's past is a subject best left alone. Maurice will not speak about his late wife, but he does reveal that she was very much the same as Belle; now we know where Belle's strong will, independence, bookworm tendencies, and feminist outlook comes from. He won't say much more, except that they fled to this "small provincial town" because it was much safer than Paris (which is where Belle was born). Once we discover the Beast's enchanted map book, though, we finally uncover the mystery.
When Belle learns about the Beast's enchanted map book, she asks him to take her to Paris. The two suddenly find themselves in an old, dilapidated windmill on the outskirts of the city. This is Belle and Maurice's first home. Belle discovers old drawings of her as a baby and even finds a rattle shaped like a rose. The Beast, on the other hand, finds a long, beaked mask. It's actually part of the historical garb worn by plague doctors in the 17th century. If you couldn't guess, these doctors treated those infected by the bubonic plague, aka the Black Death.
Thanks to the Beast's discovery, Belle realizes her mother tragically died from the awful illness. That's why Maurice took Belle and fled to the countryside. It also explains why he can't bring himself to talk about her: he's still heartbroken from his loss. While this is a pretty tragic addition to the Beauty and the Beast story, it does manage to add a little depth to Belle's character, and it also adds a bit of historic realism to the film. Perhaps more importantly, it also gives Belle and the Beast something exceptional to bond over: profound loss.

Watch the Enchanting Video for Ariana Grande and John Legend's Beauty and the Beast Duet
From the moment we heard part of Ariana Grande and John Legend's Beauty and the Beast duet in a trailer, we knew we were in for a treat. The artists were tasked with creating an updated version of "Beauty and the Beast," originally sung by Céline Dion and Peabo Bryson. While we know Grande can impersonate Dion, we're glad she used her own signature sound for this. Both Legend and Grande appear in the video, along with Belle (Emma Watson) and the Beast (Dan Stevens). Compare it with the original version below!
Is Luke Evans Single? Why Yes, Yes He Is
You've probably been daydreaming about Luke Evans ever since you saw his shirtless scenes in The Girl on the Train last year, and we're guessing things have only gotten more intense since he's now Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. With the English star's new surge of fame comes the inevitable curiosity about his romantic life, and we are here to deliver a good piece of news: he's currently single.
The openly gay actor, who shies away from talking about his personal life but opened up about his sexuality in a 2002 interview with The Advocate, was previously in a relationship with Spanish model Jon Kortajarena from 2014 until 2016. After the two split, Luke confirmed that he's happy being single in an interview with Mr. Porter magazine, saying, "[I'm treating it as an opportunity for] finding contentment with myself, and not relying on anybody else to validate it. I think being an only child has hindered that slightly, because I've always wanted to be around other people." We're sure he has men (and a few determined women) lined up around the block.
What You Need to Know Before Letting Your Child Ride in the Front Seat
Amy S.'s 6-year-old daughter, who rides in the back of the family car in a booster seat, recently started asking if she can sit up in the front of the car with Mom. Jessica B.'s son is also begging to ride in the front seat, especially when he sees his peers get out from the front seat of the car when he's dropped off at school. Diane B.'s 11-year-old pretends not to hear her requests to return to the back seat.
It's normal for kids to express an interest in riding in the front seat of the car in the years leading up to teen-hood. But with parents in online communities referring to the front seat of a car as a "suicide seat," "death trap," or "child killer," as a reader named Charlie P. reports, it's no wonder the first response of many moms is a resolute "no."
So when does it become reasonably safe to allow your child to ride up front?
1. "Not Until the Teen Years"
General reader wisdom says children should not ride in the front of the car until they are about 12 or 13 years old. As Kelly B. explains, "What people don't understand is the reasoning behind why kids shouldn't sit in the front seats. They just are not big enough [before 12 or 13]."
She goes on to break down why riding in the front seat isn't as safe as riding in the back seat. During a collision, a child in the front seat can be thrown into the dashboard or through the windshield:
"Even if he's properly buckled in, he's at much greater risk for being harmed by objects intruding into the car in the front than in the back. What's more, in cars with passenger air bags (which includes most newer models), the car's frontal air bags deploy with such force that they can cause severe head and neck injuries to a child," she shares.
Jeannett S. and Talisha B. agree that it's best to wait until the teen years to allow your child to move up front. That's most likely the time when your child will reach the height and weight needed to minimize injury from an exploding air bag in a crash. "Just like a roller coaster ride at an amusement park requires you to be 'At Least This Tall to Ride the Ride,' so should a child be to sit in the front seat," says Jeannett. And Talisha adds firmly, "Once a child outgrows a booster seat, he or she should continue riding in the back seat with a seat belt until around age 13."
Brandi C., a mom who works in medicine, confirms these rationales with an eyewitness account. As a medical worker, she reports, the hardest thing she ever saw was the aftermath of an accident involving a 7-year-old "who wanted to ride up front with daddy to the store" and who had indeed been riding in the front seat: "They were rear-ended, and because of the child's size, he slipped under the seatbelt and under the dash, [and] died instantly. Since then, I have always carried that with me, and have chosen that my son and stepkids will not sit in the front seat until they are teenagers."
Some passenger safety organizations, such as SafetyBeltSafe U.S.A., take concerns like Brandi's one step further and suggest children continue to ride in the back seat until they are ready to drive themselves.
2. When State Laws Say It's OK
Some states have specific child-restraint laws and laws that spell out the rules regarding children riding in the front seat, offers a member named Talisha. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has information about choosing the right seat for your child in the car.
The laws can be very specific about what age, height, and weight a child must be to sit in a front seat. For example, in Colorado, where Brandi C. lives, children have to be 5 feet tall and 11 years old before they can ride in the front seat, she reports. Because each state is different, moms need to familiarize themselves with their own state's requirements. A mom named Jennifer suggests asking a local police officer the appropriate age, height, and weight for safe front-seat riding.
3. When No Other Seats Are Available
State laws are typically accommodating, letting a child who normally would not be allowed to sit up front to sit next to the driver if there are not enough safe rear seats in the vehicle, such as in a pickup truck, Sherri C. says. She notes that she had to let her oldest start sitting up front at age 9, when she ran out of seating in the back of her car. "With four car seats [already] in the back, he didn't have a spot to fit in," she explains.
Lynn V. notes that she would have had to let one of her three children ride in front when she owned a Plymouth Breeze. However, because she felt it was unsafe, she instead bought a Ford Expedition that had more rear seating available.
4. When Air Bags Are Turned Off
If you do place your child in the front seat, Kelly B. suggests checking to see whether your car's air bag has an on-off switch or taking your vehicle to the car dealership so that it can be disabled, and Brandy S. provides more details:
"Most two-seat cars and pickup trucks sold these days either have a switch that allows you to manually turn off the air bag, or they have 'smart' air bags that detect the weight of the body in the passenger seat and will automatically turn it off if the body does not weigh more than a certain amount. In certain scenarios, you may be able to take your vehicle to the dealership and have them deactivate the air bag if your vehicle does not offer other air bag-off options for placing a child in the passenger seat."
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration maintains a list of companies that install airbag on-off switches, Kelly adds, although she says parents need to get permission from that government organization before installing such a switch. And "if your passengers have all moved out of the car-seat phase, your biggest or tallest passenger should ride in the front seat, and [you should] move his seat as far back from the dashboard as possible," Kelly says.
Once the air bag is disabled, Charlie P. feels that the front seat is a "safe and practical place for a rear facing child" in a car seat, because, among other reasons, the front of the vehicle and dashboard are the strongest points in the car and research shows that parents are less distracted when their child is in the front vs. rear seat. "Safety conscious brands such as Volvo also state very clearly that front seat is just as safe as the rear seat for car seats," this member notes.
Safety First
Whatever your circumstances, the most important consideration, say many moms, is safety: if you're not comfortable with the idea of moving your child up front, don't cave in. A member named Kelly suggests buying some time by getting a high-back booster seat and installing it in the center of the back seat so that your child can more easily see and talk to you without having to sit next to you. As RenaFaye N. reminds, your most important consideration should be safety: "A child's safety is more important than what she thinks she wants."

What You Need to Know Before Quitting the Pill
Between reports of health complications and more women thinking about IUDs, you might be considering a break from birth control pills. If you're concerned about what this change will do to your body, here's some information and advice from a board-certified physician who practices in southern California.
Dear Doctor,
I have been taking birth control pills for 10 years and things have shifted in my personal life and I no longer need to worry about getting pregnant. I want to go off this pill but am worried what will happen to my body and my cycle. Can you tell me what I should expect when I stop taking the pill? Will I gain weight? Will I break out? Will my period be just awful? Also, how long will it take for my hormone levels to return to normal?
- No More Pill For Me
Let me take off my lady doctor cap for a moment and share with all of you that I went through this very same issue last year. After years on the pill, I stopped taking it and will give both some professional and personal advice on this matter with you.
To begin, the birth control pill works by preventing ovulation. Once you stop taking the pill, the hormones are out of your body quickly, usually within a couple of days (this is why women who miss a couple days of pills on birth control have a chance of ovulating and getting pregnant!). Another important point to make is that it does not matter how long you were on the pill, from 10 weeks to 10 months to more than 15 years, your body will still be rid of the hormones within a couple of days!
Once the hormones are out of your system, your body will begin to start producing hormones to initiate menstrual cycles. Some women will begin to ovulate in a couple of weeks, whereas it may take several months for other women to begin to ovulate. Generally speaking, your body should be back to "normal menstruation mode" within two to three months after stopping the pill. It is important to emphasize that if you had problems with ovulation prior to starting the pill, you may continue to have irregular ovulation/periods after stopping the pill. Most women with normal ovulation/periods prior to starting the pill will continue to have normal ovulation/periods after stopping the pill. But some women who had regular periods prior to starting the pill may have irregular ovulation after stopping the pill. The key point here is that everyone's experience with ovulation/periods after stopping the pill is different!
There is a condition called post-pill amenorrhea (or lack of menstruation) that can occur after stopping the birth control pill. According to the Mayo Clinic, the reason for lack of menstruation in these women is that the body is just taking longer to produce the hormones necessary for ovulation and menstruation. If you still haven't had a period after three months, they recommend taking a pregnancy test. It would be prudent to also schedule an appointment with either your primary care physician or gynecologist for evaluation. Some women never get a period after they stop taking the pill because they ovulate and conceive right away after the discontinuation. If you do not want to become pregnant, use another form of contraception such as condoms or a diaphragm.
Many women take certain birth control pills to regulate their acne. Once you stop using birth control, you may notice an increase in acne on your face or on other parts of your body. When your body's hormone levels regulate again, the acne can subside in some cases. As far as weight fluctuation is concerned, it has been shown that birth control pills that are higher in estrogen may cause weight gain and water retention. Therefore, your body may adjust after stopping the pill and some weight loss may occur due to a decrease in water retention. Again, each woman's experience may be different. Case in point, I did gain some weight after I stopped the pill, but it may have been because of other factors due to the stress of trying to conceive, which is why I stopped taking the pill. Many birth control pills are designed especially to help treat exaggerated premenstrual syndromes or, in certain women, premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Thus, some women will notice increased breast tenderness and other premenstrual symptoms such as nausea, headaches, and fluctuating emotions.
I'll finish by telling you more about my experience with stopping birth control. I had regular menstrual cycles before I started the pill, but this was not the case after I stopped the pill. It took approximately two months to get my first period off the pill, and they were very irregular after that (ranging from five weeks to 12 weeks between periods). After seeking consultation with my gynecologist after one year of irregular cycles, I was diagnosed with oligo-ovulation, which basically means I ovulate very infrequently. They could not find any medical cause for this problem after an extensive workup. At first, I felt like something was wrong with me or that I had done something in my lifetime to cause this. But I now realize I am not alone and that there are many women out there going through the same problems I am going through! Hopefully, if any of my readers are going through the same problem as me, they can feel better knowing that there are many women out there (including myself) that are going through it as well!

Fifty Shades Freed: All the New and Returning Cast Members
Now that Fifty Shades Darker has come out, we're all about Fifty Shades Freed. The third and final film in the trilogy is due out on Feb. 9, 2018, and since it was shot in tandem with the second movie, the cast has already been announced. While it was previously reported that Hugh Dancy would appear in the second film as Dr. John Flynn, he has denied the casting. Around the same time, news that Tyler Hoechlin would play Boyce Fox surfaced. Though he did confirm the role, his character doesn't appear in Fifty Shades Darker, meaning he may have been cut from the films. Until we get confirmation either way, we're leaving him out of our roundup. Here are the returning and new cast members we'll definitely see in the upcoming film!
Beauty and the Beast: The Actors Behind All the Talking Items
Emma Watson is the marquee star of Beauty and the Beast, but she's not the only big name in the cast. While you do see them at the beginning and (spoiler alert) at the end of the film, the staff members at the Beast's mansion are swiftly turned into household objects. That means that we only get to hear these A-listers speaking though clocks, candelabras, and teapots for the majority of the runtime. Before you go see the film, get acquainted with everyone who you'll be hearing, and if you've already seen it, you may be surprised to find out who was in the cast!
